Been here?
A paved roadside pull-in near a rock overhang on the edge of a road heading toward the Gotthard tunnel. The overhang gives good shelter from rain, especially for roof tents. Traffic noise is minimal overnight but picks up during the day, with a car passing roughly every 5 minutes from morning onward. Free, unserviced spot suited to a quick overnight stop rather than a long stay.

Beautiful view and good protection from rain, but very noisy when cars drive past. Unfortunately, we could hardly sleep in the rooftop tent.
There is a clear “Parking prohibited for motorhomes” sign at the entrance. The road next to it is very busy, but the noise is still bearable. Enough room to turn around. Walking opportunities in the forest. The scouts’ house was unoccupied on Tuesday. You can risk it if nothing else is available.
