Unnamed Road, Sligo
Been here?
Large wild parking area on dune grass beside a quiet pebble or sandy beach, with beautiful views across Sligo Bay. There is space for several campers, but local visitors use the area and the grass can become boggy when wet. Recent warnings mention cliff hazards and holes, and the dirt or peat ground is unsuitable for a 3tonnes motorhome. Nights are usually calm, with no services provided.

Lovely spot next to a beautiful and quiet beach. There is plenty of space for multiple campers, although many locals come here so please be sure to park sensibly.
Very large space for several vans. We settled near the building because a tipi tent had been set up near the beach entrance and many cars arrived at the end of the day, but the night was quiet.Translating
Perfect spot to spend the night. Near a castle, cattle, and an easy stroll to the beach. Locals walking the beach in the evening but a quiet night with one other van.
Lovely spot near the coast. Quiet, serene, great views. Plenty of space for several campers. Take care when wet as the grass can get quite boggy - we almost got stuck!
Superb spot!! What a view! Even in the rain, access is easy for a motorhome (ours was 7 meters with an overcab bed). We spent a peaceful evening and night.Translating
