There was no traffic at night, and during the day it was very moderate. The rather lovely old town, with shops and restaurants, is 5 minutes away. Perfect!✦Translating

Beautiful place almost directly on the Main, quiet, with everything you need. A wonderful old town straight out of a picture book, reachable in 10 minutes. The Karlsburg castle ruins are 20 minutes away: take the small, inconspicuous staircase to the left of the cinema, and bring good shoes. Wonderful view.✦Translating

The place itself is okay and well suited to families, with a football field and playground right next door. Also great with a dog; you can go for lovely walks. But fresh water is an absolute rip-off! The column says 10 liters for 10 cents, but we got barely 1 liter! In the end we put in €2.50 and filled only three watering cans! An absolute disgrace!✦Translating

Beautiful pitch directly on the Main with a view of the old town. About 17 gravel spaces, also suitable for larger motorhomes. Quiet, clean, and everything is available: electricity (€0.50/kWh), water (€1), waste disposal, Wi-Fi, and rubbish bins. The old town is a 5-minute walk away—great for a stroll. No toilet or shower, but perfect for self-sufficient campers. Ideal for one or two nights. We will gladly return!

We unsuccessfully tried to get a place here for the second time. So we only got water each time. The place itself looks very clean and beautiful, and the water works perfectly.

Shopping facilities nearby. The town center is small and charming and also nearby. Directly on the cycle path. Quiet except for the Egyptian geese. Fair price.

A lovely small place directly on the Main. Everything you need is available, including seating by the river. You can easily walk to the castle ruins or reach the town center in less than 10 minutes. It is not completely silent; you can hear passing cars, but the noise is limited. In return, you hear plenty of birdsong early in the morning.

Beautiful pitch close to town. We had a pleasant, quiet night with six vehicles. Unlike many other paid sites, the water for filling and disposal is not turned off in winter. Compliments to the municipality for the sensible installation.

Beautiful pitch with a great view of the Main. Perfect starting point for exploring Karlstadt and the surrounding area. We had a very pleasant time here.
