33 Grant Street, IV3 8BN, Inverness
Been here?
This is a free daytime car park that allows motorhomes and provides access to Inverness city centre on foot. It is small, often busy and has only a few spaces suitable for BIG motorhomes. The centre is reached by walking along the river. Overnight parking for sleeping vehicles is prohibited from 22:00 to 8:00.

The signage is confusing. It seems that one part of the parking area, where the cars are, can only be used during the day, and we do not know whether the area reserved for motorhomes is also daytime-only or whether overnight stays are allowed. We left and did not stay overnight just in case.
Even though the parking area allows campervans, it is very small, heavily occupied, and the spaces are not particularly large. A large motorhome will have difficulty parking there. We preferred to park along the river just before the bridge.
Very practical and free parking for leaving the vehicle and walking to visit Inverness. You reach the center by following the river.
Very convenient parking for visiting the city. To reach the center, take the route along the River Ness; it is pleasant.
Great parking area for a daytime visit to Inverness—free. From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., parking is prohibited for vehicles suitable for sleeping. Nineteen minutes to the center. Only for smaller vehicles; it is not very large.
Amazing car park for the day, very close to town center and free. We fitted out motorhome (7m) close to the small pink building, no issues
Good daytime parking for easy access to the city. A very nice pub just a few steps away: MacGregor, with live traditional music!
A good free option for visiting Inverness on foot, 10 minutes away.
