Pleasant campsite with half of its pitches shaded, a swimming pool, restaurant, and convenience store. A bus line nearby goes to Lagos and Praia da Luz (€1.60 per trip). The only drawbacks are the price, a little expensive at €140 for three nights with electricity, and the somewhat outdated cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. Nevertheless, it remains an ideal campsite for a stopover.✦Translating

One of the best Orbitur campsites in Portugal. Clean bathrooms, well-defined pitches, many level enough that chocks are no longer necessary. Plenty of shade. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant with a great atmosphere. Very well connected to the town and Lagos. Prices are like the rest of the chain, depending on the length of your vehicle and what you need.✦Translating

The price (€37 for a motorhome and two people, €5 for electricity, and €5 per child) is definitely too much for what is offered. The sanitary facilities are clean, but the hot water fluctuates enormously and the water pressure is very low. There is construction everywhere. The swimming pool is good, however, and the supermarket is open with a small selection.✦Translating

We were right by the pool. Excellent Wi-Fi (we watched football). Pitches vary in size. Free choice of pitch, not arranged in rows. Great pool with sunbathing lawns. Sunday barbecue at the restaurant. Fifteen minutes by bicycle to town. The beach and bay are directly accessible without stairs.✦Translating

I cannot agree with the reviews. We liked it very much; the sanitary facilities are older but good, the women’s showers can be adjusted, there is hot water for washing dishes, and you can choose your own pitch. Everything is easily reachable by bicycle, and a bus from Lagos stops at the entrance, making it easy to start the coastal hike directly from the campsite.✦Translating

Don’t listen to some reviews, it’s not all bad, some parts are under renovation but good size pitches, great electric, good to Luz & Lagos by bike….. great onsite bar called Tito’s food great, staff great simply great, we will be back…. Booked 2 nights but stayed 4!

The only good thing about this place is its location. 20 minutes by bike to the coast at Lagos. But the site itself is one big construction zone. The sanitary facilities are dreadful…✦Translating

The big advantage is its proximity to Luz. The price is too high for the quality of the site. The sanitary facilities are clean. Unfortunately, it is right next to a road, so it can also be quite noisy at night. The pitches are adequately sized. The buildings could use renovation. The staff were fairly friendly.✦Translating

A very well-maintained campsite with all the necessary facilities. We came on April 3. The price is exorbitant: €31.50 for a 6-meter motorhome with 2 people in the low season without electricity. Unacceptable! We will not return!✦Translating

Huge campsite, unfortunately at this time of year the pitches had not even been properly prepared. The sanitary facilities are very dated and only moderately clean. Fine for one night; for longer, I would look for somewhere else.✦Translating

I was here from November 25 to February 26. Live music at the restaurant on Wednesdays and Sundays. The sanitary facilities are old but cleaned twice daily. Paper towel dispensers were installed in the toilets. Hot water in the showers and at the sinks. Thankfully, in January and February there were “only” storms and rain, with no damage. Nice bike trips and lovely walks to Lagos and along the cliffs. I felt very comfortable and will return in autumn 2026.✦Translating

We spent 2 nights there at €17.11 per night (van and 2 adults). It is true that the showers are somewhat old-fashioned, with limescale on the pipes, but they are hot and clean, which is what matters! Sadly, the pool has been closed since mid-October. The reception and restaurant staff were very professional.

Large campsite with enough space for the motorhome. The sanitary facilities are very dated but reasonably clean and the water is hot. On the expensive side at €36 per night including electricity.

Excellent reception, English spoken. easy to get to beach by bike or walking. Choose your own pitch , we had heaps of space and a level pitch. bathrooms dated but clean, heaps of hot water. cycled into Lagos via bike path, bus at the gate if you require.

Excellent experience at this campsite. Reception is open until 10 p.m.; Sergio welcomed us with a smile. The campsite is clean and neatly divided into pitches, and we were able to charge the van. The bathrooms and showers are clean and work perfectly. Reasonable price: €30 for a van and two people. Highly recommended.

Pitches are good, only some are a little sloped, but they are large enough to rearrange things. Some paths on the site are very narrow. Sanitary facilities rated 4/5, among the best on our tour. Always hot water in the shower and enough water. Price: 2 people, 2 nights with a VW bus, €48.50.

The campsite is nice, but the sanitary facilities are not really great… The location is top-notch, though. You can reach Luz on foot or by bike, with a fantastic beach and a great promenade for eating and drinking. The bus goes directly from the campsite to Lagos in 15 minutes.

Average campsite. Bathrooms reasonably maintained. Convenient pitches on flat ground. Friendly reception. There is a bar and a restaurant. 10 minutes from Lagos.

Well maintained, good shaded pitches, cycle path to the magnificent Praia da Luz, and a very warm, smiling welcome.

Clean bathrooms, nice pool, excellent atmosphere, but expensive for the off-season. On September 26, four of us with a converted campervan paid €50.

Everything is here: pitches, space, pool and bus to Lagos (€1.60 per person per trip). But the showers are old, with rusty and loose pipes, and there is no hot water at the sinks. A shame.

Good location for Luz, with a cycle path; Lagos is reachable by bike. Nice, organized reception. Toilets clean and always being cleaned. Unfortunately, for €36, large parts of the pitches look very neglected, even run-down (a dog toilet by the road). The site would benefit from more attention to the pitches. There are, however, some acceptable pitches under trees at the front.

Everything you need, but it deserves better maintenance at this price: €36 for two.

Pleasant campsite with a large, very enjoyable pool and loungers on the grass. Very attentive staff. However, it remains expensive: €37 for a van, 2 people and electricity in the low season. Adequate sanitary facilities. 6 km from Lagos.

Well-located campsite. Friendly staff who speak English and French; very clean sanitary facilities and hot water. Very nice pool with loungers in partial shade and sun! €32 for two people in a van without electricity.

Much more positive than the many comments I read. We were there in the first half of September: very friendly staff everywhere, superb pool, nice bar/restaurant with good live bands on Sunday afternoons. Quiet, clean campsite with shaded motorhome pitches, clean sanitary facilities, retro but effective and hot showers. Four stars because the price is a little high: dog €5.80. With electricity, 2 people, dog and motorhome: €46.40.

Decent campsite, clean sanitary facilities. We had no problem with hot water in the showers, unlike some comments. Large pool. Free choice of pitch and very pleasant staff. One van and 2 adults: €31.70. Very reasonable.
