Quiet sports site, no wastewater

Very good location, quiet night. Plan to stop at the village ticket office or spa to pay for the night; everything is indicated on the sign at the entrance. Also bring tokens for water and electricity.

Great place for a stopover, with a very friendly welcome when registering at the sauna complex. €13 including tourist tax, clean toilet. We spontaneously spent another 2.5 hours in the sauna—small but cozy and welcoming, with a beautiful garden, excellent sauna infusions, and everything you need. Day pass €22. If you are looking for peace, this is the place.

Beautiful site. There are three pitches with electricity under the trees and marked parking bays. Another seven pitches are opposite, where you park lengthwise. Unfortunately, there is no shade from trees or electricity there. At the excellent playground, two minutes away, there is a small tracking trail for young and old, making it possible to take a short walk.

Great site, as already described. Super-beautiful circular trail with wonderful views of the Black Forest; the sauna infusions are excellent! I have been here before and can only recommend it, with fantastic trails.

Excellent recommended site. The pitches are level and large enough. You can also shower free of charge in the adjacent tennis hall. Clean toilets and a washing-up room are available. Waste separation.

Great pitch. We stayed for one night. Electricity and toilets available, which is enough for us. The sauna would also have been possible. Registration at the restaurant. Very friendly and uncomplicated. It is nice that places like this exist.

Sauna lovers, take note! Not only is this a lovely site with sufficiently large pitches, but the sauna, with its infusions, is also highly recommended and only a two-minute walk away. The associated restaurant is also excellent. Toilets are in the Zäpfle Tower, very clean and spacious. When it is not stormy or snowing, you can also hike well here.

Very, very good—sanitary facilities and showers are extremely clean and heated. Some electrical hookups are faulty; electricity tokens cost €2. Ideal for walks and peace after the athletes. Excellent stopover. The restaurant offers a 10% discount with the purchase of the pitch (€13 per night), payable at the tourist office or restaurant before 9 p.m.

Very good camper area. Peaceful and quiet for sleeping. Note that payment is made at the village tourist office. It is two minutes by car or nine minutes on foot.

As the other visitors have already mentioned, the site is very beautiful and clean. The same applies to the toilets. My thanks to the municipality of Höchenschwand.

The site and surrounding area are beautiful, with lots of nature. It would be ideal if grey water could also be emptied on site. It is busy at weekends with visitors attending football matches. Parties take place at the sauna complex on Saturdays.

Very beautiful pitch in the middle of nature. The toilets were always clean. The washing-up kitchen was ideal for doing the dishes. We enjoyed lovely walks with the dog. The town is also beautiful for a walk, with many restaurants and cafés. We would be very happy to return.

Lovely place to stop over. Access to the tennis club's toilets and showers. Direct access to woodland walks. The football pitch opposite stops being used around 9 p.m., so it is a quiet night's sleep. Black-water disposal point partially blocked in June 2025.
