Unnamed Road, Feohanagh
Been here?
A spacious, generally flat parking area above a pier, with spectacular views and memorable sunsets over the Blasket Isles. Overnight stays are reported as quiet, with no signs forbidding them, although the location can be blustery. The lower pier is suitable for swimming, but it can flood and has a warning notice.

It is our favourite place. We arrived, parked, and enjoyed the sunset over dinner. We slept in complete silence surrounded by fellow campers. I do not know why it is marked as daytime-only.
Wonderful quiet parking area, no prohibition signs, and a fantastic sunset.
We stayed with a magnificent sunset and complete nighttime peace. Three kilometres south, within cycling distance, is Tigh TP Bar, with lovely outdoor seating overlooking the sea. Very friendly and good food.
Perfect spot; no one around after about 9:30 p.m. Quiet, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Please leave no trace; some people left rubbish.
Perfect overnight stopover to watch the sun setting on the Blasket Isles. A little blustery, but no bother. Some have suggested parking on the lower pier. The road down is okay but the pier itself is prone to flooding. There’s a notice to warn of the danger.
Very good place to sleep, facing the sunset. Very quiet despite the road above; there was very little or no traffic, as we heard nothing.
Fantastic views and swimming spot from pier below. Lots of space when I was there despite it being a summer wkd. Also nice that there no signs forbidding overnight parking, long may it last (so be on best behaviour everyone :))
Beautiful view. We are alone, and a little walk is planned for tomorrow. Lovely little spot.
Fantastic spot to spend the night with beautiful views for a memerable sunset if the weather is right. Please remember to take your rubbish home. We cleaned up a lot of rubbish from this place.
A wonderful spot to spend the night. Flat spot with spectacular views, quiet and peaceful at night and a pier below for a morning swim in crystal clear water!
Lovely, flat, spacious car park leading down to the harbour. We had a wonderful view of the Blaskets and even Skellig Michael in the distance, plus a lovely sunset. Quiet night's sleep. We had to move the van after dark when the wind began gusting, but parking against the bank provided a good windbreak. Perfect, highly recommended.
