A parking area in Old town Shumen. Recent conditions include a great deal of rubbish, and the place did not feel suitable for staying. During the first weekend in April, a nearby hill climb rally may make the area busy, while self-contained motorhomes are advised.

A great deal of rubbish. I drove on; it did not feel right.
Don't try and park first weekend in April. It looked lovely, not far from road but over this weekend there is a hill climb rally nearby They were using this area to store things and likely to be busy so we decided not to stay but would consider if back in this area. Self contained motorhomes only and take your rubbish with you
