Great campsite, with beautiful pitches, some of them shaded. Plenty of free space, with trees. Snack bar.
Very clean and very quiet municipal campsite. Very friendly welcome, clean sanitary facilities, and pitches with trees and shade.
Very good municipal campsite! We spent one night there in a motorhome during a stopover on the way to our holiday destination. Very affordable rate, pleasant pitch, fairly clean sanitary facilities, and very friendly staff. We also appreciated the possibility of having breakfast at reception. A perfect stopover, highly recommended!
We were assigned a spacious grassy pitch with water and electricity. Friendly welcome. Sanitary facilities good and clean.
One-night stop. €9.50 per night, one person, without electricity. Excellent value for money. The campsite is right next to a lake. Relaxing walk in the evening. Great for a one-night stop.
Great campsite, very reasonable price, light meals in the evening, very clean toilets, large pitches separated by hedges, nice hot showers, and a water tap on the pitches. We will return.
Nice campsite. Spacious pitches. Sanitary building is fine. There is toilet paper, but no toilet seats. We paid €23.10 for one night with two people and a campervan.
Great campsite, very welcoming friendly staff. Large spacious pitches with beautiful grass underfoot. Price with ACSI card very reasonable.
Beautiful, well-separated pitches. The sanitary facilities are run-down, with several toilets closed. Washing dishes had to be done at another sanitary building, which was a long walk away. The sanitary facilities need renovation to make this a good campsite again.
Beautiful large park-like campsite with excellent pitches. Satellite reception is okay. Large sanitary building centrally located. Half an hour's walk to the center, or fifteen minutes by bicycle. The center is smaller than expected.
We received a very friendly welcome. The campsite indicates with a logo that staff can also speak English. Beautifully spacious campsite and the sanitary facilities are spotless. The buildings are dated, though. Spacious grassy pitches. Everything is well maintained. Truly recommended as a transit campsite, although visiting Issoire for a day is also a good idea—15 minutes by bicycle or 30 minutes on foot.
Beautiful campsite, welcoming staff, spacious pitches with grass underfoot. Accepts ACSI holiday vouchers.
Excellent welcome, large, very well-maintained pitches, heated sanitary facilities, and a lovely walk around the lake. A beautiful municipal campsite; we recommend it.
Lovely and friendly - good services - great for an overnight stop - lots of hot water - lots to do in the area
Excellent site, great welcome, large, very well-maintained pitches, heated sanitary facilities, and a lovely walk around the lake. Open until the end of October or beginning of November. A beautiful municipal campsite; we recommend it.
Very warm welcome, perfect for one night near the motorway, clean sanitary facilities and equipment, spacious pitches.
The pitch is well maintained and well parceled out. Unfortunately, it is very noisy because of its proximity to a motorcycle racetrack. Fine for one night.
Especially positive: by bicycle—or on foot—you can go alongside the Allier straight into the center of Issoire.
Pleasant municipal campsite, with a walk around the pond. Pitches well delimited by hedges, clean sanitary facilities. Close to the motorway.
We stayed there for three nights. Very good campsite, welcoming staff. Two things made us leave a little earlier: the noise from the nearby motorway and the lack of real shade on the pitches.
Very good and large pitch, snack bar on site and pastries available in the morning if ordered the day before. Several sanitary blocks. Children's games. A little expensive for a municipal campsite, but very useful when you have nowhere else to go, and the service and welcome are excellent.
Very welcoming large campsite. We were able to arrive at almost 10 p.m. without any problem. The facilities are very good, the showers are hot, and the pitches are large. There is something for every size and taste. There is a playground, pétanque court, mini-golf, TV room, and snack bar. I recommend it, and we will gladly return.
Very good municipal campsite; the sanitary facilities are clean and the showers are nice and hot. The proximity of the road is a drawback... pitch for a converted van, two people, one dog, and electricity: €27.
Ok for a night stop facilities were ok showers hot. Nice surrounding but a lot of noise from the nearby A75 which does go surprisingly quiet at night but does have road noise all night for me not worth the 25€ a night charged.
Campsite very well equipped for motorhomes, with all pitches large. The water service area is in very good condition and maneuvering is easy. The only drawback is that in some pitches you can faintly hear the motorway, but it is not bothersome.
Good campsite, dated but clean sanitary facilities. Unfortunately, there are always people who do not know how to leave a toilet clean. There is no cleaner following every user. Beautiful pitches. The person on duty was very friendly. Located near the Mas pond. Fortunately, we still have this kind of simple campsite; they are becoming increasingly rare.
For €8.50 per night, a quite acceptable place. Showers are included. It seems somewhat run-down and outdated, but for the price I can overlook that. If it bothers you: you can hear the nearby motorway.
Very mediocre campsite; the sanitary facilities are dilapidated and smell of urine, and the water is not hot. The campsite was almost empty at the end of the season, but they placed us close together. Positive points: a small lake—although the motorway noise detracts from the bucolic atmosphere—and recent children's play equipment. I do not recommend it.
Excellent campsite. Large pitch with water and electricity. The ladies at reception are very kind and smiling. We spent one night there on our way back to Belgium. Very reasonable price for the services, including free showers. Very clean sanitary facilities. An address to remember. We will return for several days, as the setting is so idyllic. Dom and Martine, Belgium.
Very, very good staff; very clean and spacious area.
