SS126 Dir, 09011, Calasetta
Been here?
Private, spacious parking area near Calasetta, 5 minutes from the port, with friendly and helpful management. Electricity and water are available at the pitches, but the water is non-drinking; cassette emptying is possible. Greywater drainage is into the Mediterranean scrub, and there is no proper toilet facility. Farm animals and early-morning rooster noise are part of the rural setting.

Small private campsite. The owner, Vittoriano, is very kind and helpful. Pitches with water and electricity; you can empty the cassette. Pet-friendly.Translating
Very friendly welcome; we felt comfortable. Suitable for campers with their own bathroom on board. Clean, well-maintained place.Translating
Very friendly and accommodating operator. Well suited to motorhomes with their own bathroom facilities.Translating
Black- and gray-water disposal plus water filling: €13. Undoubtedly overpriced.Translating
The operator was very friendly and tried hard to help. There was actually no toilet, but he opened one for me anyway and cleaned it. I was alone on the campsite. As a woman, I nevertheless felt well looked after. Electricity and water available. Several animals live on the property: chickens, a dog, goats, cats, and geese. I find €20 per night a little expensive, but it was good for one night.Translating
Too expensive (€26) for a far too basic place. - Ice-cold shower in the middle of nowhere. - Electricity charged extra despite the already high price. - The center is more than an hour's walk away along a horribly dangerous road. - Non-potable water. - Gray water to be emptied into nature! - Boat wrecks and trailers everywhere. - No shade at all. Fortunately, the owner is friendly.Translating
We were able to empty our chemical toilet cassette for €10.Translating
How kind the owner is. Very large and level area. Okay, the roosters crow early, but that’s the countryside.Translating
Like a holiday on a farm. Chickens, geese, dogs and cats all live here. The pitches have electricity and water. Fresh-water filling and waste disposal are possible. Anyone needing a day of peace and relaxation will be in the right place here. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We paid €26.00 for one camper and two people, including electricity.Translating
We stayed with Mr. Vittoriano for two nights. He welcomed us into his home and explained everything with great enthusiasm. You can see that he cares about his animals and his land. It’s true that some services are missing, but I think we already have most of them in our camper. For people like us who love nature, it could only make a positive impression. The place is spotless and the pitches are spacious. We will definitely return.Translating
If you are a light sleeper or not used to countryside sounds, beware of this “stopping area”: the roosters crow from dawn onward… Waste disposal as mentioned by others. Receipt, what’s that? €23 is absolutely unjustifiable for this “stopping area”, €26 with electricity. No bathrooms, no showers, no sinks for washing dishes, no shade. And to top it all off, you have to take your rubbish away yourself ;-).Translating
A beautiful place to stay for a few nights in peace and safety. Vittoriano is extremely kind and helpful! Electricity and water are close to every pitch.Translating
Nature lovers, come and spend some time at Victoriano’s, among chickens, roosters, cats, geese, a mouflon and a dog… We stayed for two days on our own, just like at home; the host keeps a low profile. Although it is more of a boat and miscellaneous vehicle parking area, the place is unusual and quiet. Only the rooster’s crowing wakes you in the morning…Translating
