Vineyard pitches, clean facilities

Great place for cycling through the vineyards. However, on Saturdays you must accept some noise because there is a lively and noisy football field next door. A typical village is nearby, 15 km away, and you can cycle there: Saint-Hippolyte.

Beautiful place, but avoid it from Friday evening onward. Shouting and music—if you can call it music—until 2 a.m. It is a shame the town council does not react.

Nicely laid-out camper spot, but the location itself is not very attractive. Lots of loud music from the surrounding sports fields and motocross track. We did not stay long. What a shame.

Nicely located and a short walk to the village with small shop. None of eateries were open during our stay. Quiet overnight. Stabilised parking placements, may require levelling ramps. Pumptrack adjacent to site for bikes, skates etc. Other sporting facilities; tennis, football etc.

Large, well-maintained, unpartitioned grassy spaces, some shaded. Good and clean service facilities, with electricity included in the price. About 1.5 km from the old town.

The best place in the world!—quote from my son. A dream for children with bicycles, scooters, and so on. Beautifully situated and ideal no matter how long you stay. Payment is somewhat dubious: €20 is due even though a night without services costs only €15.78. A shame—still five stars!

A beautiful, peaceful spot. Lovely area for walking and cycling. Delicious wine and a pretty town. I just do not understand the Camping-Car Park system: the app says it is full, but four spaces are still free. Annoying.

Quiet place for a peaceful night, plenty of space, all services, about 100 metres from the village centre. Val Fred.

Spacious parking area just outside Dambach-la-Ville. Several sports fields are right next door and occasionally bring activity and life to the area. Anyone annoyed by playing children and teenagers might prefer a sanatorium.

“Luck is not a factor for me.” (Abyss) If you are unlucky enough not to find a place on this beautiful camper area, there is a small free gravel car park right next to it. The road ends there, so it is very peaceful. We slept there without any problems. Otherwise, the area was operational at the end of December, with black-water emptying available without payment.

Very good area halfway between Strasbourg and Colmar. The station is a 15-minute walk away. The only drawback is that the spaces are marked on the ground by a change in paving colour, which cannot be seen in winter. Some people park as if it were an ordinary car park and complain that no connection is available. The camper spirit is disappearing.

This Camping-Car Park area is very well located for visiting this beautiful medieval town. It lacks sanitary facilities, toilets and showers, to earn five stars.

If you are looking for a peaceful place with all facilities, this is the right place. We were there on Friday; we do not know whether it is equally quiet at the weekend. The site is next to a large sports complex. From here we cycled part of the Alsace wine route. The village itself looks nice but does not have much to offer.

One star because zero is not possible. The terminal showed an available space and gave us the code, but the barrier would not open. When we tried again, it was full. The telephone number provided was useless.

An area in a magnificent little Alsatian village, with shops and restaurants nearby and a children's playground. We will return.

Warning: to access the area, do not turn right at the first roundabout; take the next right.

Great parking area in a small wine-growing village. The centre is easily reached on foot, but unfortunately everything was closed on Monday. We still managed to get a fine wine.

Perfect camper area on the Camping-Car Park network. Well maintained, with several shaded spaces. €15.20 for 24 hours for a camper and two people, including electricity. Negative point: last night, music was played at extremely high volume in the adjacent sports hall, 40 metres away, until 3 a.m. Impossible to sleep. I wonder whether they had permission to do this so late.

Very nice parking area, green and partly under trees. The small village is quickly reached on foot. We slept very well and peacefully.

I have never been to a camper area as tidy, clean, and quiet as this one—simply wonderful. Surrounded by lots of nature, with a bicycle track, fitness equipment, and much more. Highly recommended.

Everything went smoothly. From applying for the Camping-Car Park card on site to checking in and out, everything was trouble-free. The parking area is clean, spacious, and close to the village.

Very lovely and peaceful place. Perfect if you have children: there is a track for bikes, scooters, or roller skates, plus a mini football pitch. I recommend it.

The parking area is excellent, with a great location and large pitches. A few minutes' walk takes you to the vineyards and the lovely little village. We are staying very peacefully here, and service facilities plus electricity are included in the price. We highly recommend it and will return. Great for dogs.

Nice spot, somewhat lively surroundings. Quiet at night. Unfortunately, there are also motorhome owners who let their dogs defecate everywhere.

A very nice and peaceful camper stop near a recreational area. There is a football field where training takes place and people can play football, as well as a riding track for bicycles and scooters where children and teenagers come to ride. If you cannot tolerate these things and prefer complete silence, do not come here. Otherwise, there is grass, trees, utilities, and probably a functioning toilet during the season.
