This peaceful parking area at the end of the road currently has space for 1 motorhome because it is being used for roadworks storage. The approach is long, winding and narrow, but the drive offers stunning views and the destination is exceptionally quiet. There are no shops or toilets for 10 miles. Deer, a shelter with a table and peaceful walks are available nearby.

Peaceful, at the end of the world. We were alone in the parking area for the night. Wonderful scenery if there is a little sunshine. Shelter with a table available. Peaceful walk on a paved road. No cars at all. Don’t forget to pick up your rubbish; it is essential to keep this spot pristine. Take it slowly to access it: narrow road but passing places available. Still possible for vehicles under 7 meters.
'Small road' means narrow and today a cow on there. It's a long old drive along a winding narrow path. I didn't have any problem at 6'6,". But, when you reach your destination, you'll find the most peaceful place. The deer aren't frightened and you can film them quite happily. This is a wonderful place and a must when travelling mid Scotland.
Currently being used as storage base for upcoming road works. Space for 1 motorhome. Long and winding road to location but stunning views on the drive. No shops or toilets for 10 miles.
