Græskobbel 5, 6440, Augustenborg
Been here?
Græsgård Farmcamping is a simple meadow pitch with views toward the Baltic Sea, goats, and the Alsstien hiking trail nearby. The beach is about 300m away, and the setting is notably quiet, although the pitch is among stored wood and agricultural equipment. Electricity is available and was charged at 25,00 euro, but there is no classic water or waste disposal; the compost toilet and Viking shower remain basic, with cold water and questionable water containers.

Views of the Baltic Sea and goats, and peace and quiet. Not much has been done to the camping spot; you stand among stored wood and agricultural machinery, yet it still costs €25 for electricity. Viking toilet; water in a tank with a greenish color for showering and washing hands. Not trustworthy.
The site is really beautiful and you can glimpse the Baltic Sea. The walk to the rocky/natural beach is lovely. The site offers no traditional emptying and filling facilities, and there is no drinking water for filling the motorhome—only water from hygienically questionable canisters. A Viking shower means you have to pump the cold water yourself with a hand pump. The price is now €25 per night.
We stayed only one night on the way home. Peace and quiet! Views of the Baltic Sea, just a five-minute walk away. A wonderful contrast to the campsite in the village. Three Danish landrace goats grazed peacefully, without any smell, and two cats came by. Delicious bread, eggs, jam, and dried fruit at a good price, plus the incredibly inspiring life story of the very nice host! Thank you.
We spent two peaceful, idyllic nights here, with pheasants, cuckoos, goats, and a sea view. The host is very friendly. Thank you very much for this offer; we enjoyed it.
I can only agree with the positive reviews. Nice operators, rustic atmosphere, and peace and quiet. We would come back anytime. Tip for not cooking yourself: in Fynshav there is a pizzeria whose ambience is rather limited, but where you can get a delicious, generously topped pizza for exactly €10.
We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of March and felt very comfortable. The site is simple but has everything needed. The toilet is outdoors in a small wooden hut; it works perfectly and is lovingly furnished. Marc offered us apples, apple juice, eggs, and wine directly from the farm. The beach is only a five-minute walk away. Perfect for a break; we will be back.
A beautiful place in a meadow. Because it was wet, we got stuck, but with the manager's help it was no problem. A wonderfully peaceful place.
Great motorhome spot. Baltic Sea views and amusing goats included. If you are lucky, it rains and you save fuel when leaving because a tractor pulls you back onto solid ground. So if you want a holiday in Bavaria in a Danish village, this is the place. Thank you, and see you soon. Best wishes, Grit and Frank.
Super-friendly operator. Real campers know how to use a separating toilet. What more do I need than waste disposal and a toilet? Everything is available. There is a smell of goats, but thanks to the wind direction it does not reach the motorhome.
Honestly, I found this too expensive for what it was. There is a mud puddle in the middle of the site, so you have to stand at the side in the shade. You are also next to the strongly smelling goat pasture with an electric fence, which my dog unfortunately experienced too. So it did not feel very free in nature. I have stayed at better places, with hot water, for this price.
Really beautiful, peaceful place and a nice operator. Sea view—well, you can see it. Unfortunately, there are still campers who do not know how a dry separating toilet works. Even as a man, you have to sit down. Apparently that is beneath some men's dignity.
This was our second time here, and once again we were welcomed very warmly. A wonderful place with lots of peace and nature, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and forest. To those who criticize, for example, that the separating toilet was full: simply inform the host so he has the opportunity to fix it! It worked very quickly for us, and he thanked us for letting him know.
The most important thing: we were welcomed very warmly and felt comfortable. Positive: sea view, sufficiently large site, electricity and separating toilet, Alsstien hiking trail beside the site, quiet harp music in the evening, and many birds. Negative: shower broken, separating toilet not emptied, water from a canister, cleanliness so-so. A shame, because the spacious sanitary hut is actually excellent.
Very nice site, uncomplicated and very friendly contact. We would be happy to return.
A very peaceful motorhome site. You can take a pleasant walk to the sea. Good connection for the ferry the next day. Electricity and a basic outhouse are available. We would gladly come again.
Large, very peaceful meadow with a sea view. Small amusing hut with a cold shower (it did not work), sink, and dry toilet. Camping table. The sea is a 10-minute walk or bike ride away via a charming path through the fields. Empty beach. A detour through the owner's garden and a visit to her goats. Lovely welcome. €20 per night, with electricity available.
Very nice motorhome site with sea views, goats, and chickens. Contact was super easy. Electricity, shower, dry separating toilet, and water available. The surroundings invite cycling; supermarket and harbor/ferry are only a few minutes away.
A cozy site with a beautiful view. Two people welcomed us, who apparently were not the owners but merely looked after the farm. The shower did not work, yet we still paid €20. We were unlucky that another couple in a tent made quite a lot of noise and had loud sex until after midnight—we hope it was better for them than for us.
This is a very beautiful place to feel at home. Close to the beach—less than a 10-minute walk—super-nice landlords, and the goat Gandalf greets you in the morning. We stayed spontaneously for two days and will definitely return.
Very pleasant, peaceful place just a few steps from the beach. Pleasant owners, and we bought delicious mutton, cider, and apple juice. Highly recommended!
Great place with warm-hearted hosts. We had wonderful conversations and bought delicious products. Beautiful path to the beach and simply peaceful.
We spent two lovely days at this place on the island of Als. We arrived on a cool, rainy day. After a brief exploration, we wondered whether to continue driving. After a pleasant conversation with the owner, we visited Mommark harbor, enjoyed delicious food right by the sea, took the ferry to the island of Ærø, and explored it by bicycle. Many thanks to Marc for the helpful advice!
What can I say? One night became a week. The Graesgaard farmer convinced me that you can find peace here. What more is needed for a wonderful break besides a Viking bath, animals and nature, warm and open people, and a meadow for your home on wheels? I think nothing. THANK YOU for these wonderful days full of great experiences! Until next time!
A place full of warmth and life. I found many plants, lovely animals—chickens, goats, cats, and many more—peace, and community. Cozy spots invite you to linger. A sea view, a dreamlike sunset over the fields, and humorous conversations await you when you visit. Absolutely a place to feel at home.
A beautiful piece of nature! If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the right place. We were given a wonderfully warm welcome by the hosts. There are goats, chickens, and cats. And not to forget the Viking spa: a rustic hut with a dry separating toilet and cold-water shower. There are plenty of beautiful walks around, and the sea can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We would be very happy to return! Thank you.
Everything has already been said: we will also be coming back!!!
Absolutely dreamlike place with Baltic Sea views—we stayed one night and would have loved to extend our stay. We were even given roses from the garden when we left, and were allowed to see the two baby goats. The toilet and shower are lovingly made, and the path to the Baltic Sea is really beautiful! We will definitely return! Many thanks.
Peaceful, beautiful views, and friendly host and hostess. Spacious pitches. Bought meat from the farmer. Recommended.
Good morning, we stayed here for one night. Great place with very nice owners. If you are looking for peace, nature, and relaxation, this is exactly the right place. We could definitely have stayed longer ;) and will certainly return.
