Motorway services, dirty disposal

We stopped to refuel. It is not a cheap petrol station, but not the most expensive either. Grey- and black-water services are available. When we visited, the grey-water drain grate was very dirty, full of toilet paper, caps, sanitary pads and other waste. The black-water emptying point was there too; it must have been blocked at some point, and some people decided to empty in places they shouldn’t. Let’s be civic-minded if we want more service areas.

It felt safe and it was possible to find a spot away from trucklers so there was no noise. Sadly the showers are only for truck drivers. It is only possible to cross to the other side via a walking tunnel. Not possible to drive.

We stopped to eat, took the dog out, and everything was very good and clean. Perfect.

The gray and black water drop off are easy to access and clean. The services inside are expensive for food, drink and petrol, but okay to stop to stretch your legs. If you have a dog there’s space to walk them around. We slept here due to driving all day. Wouldn’t again, lots of cars coming and going even although it’s only petrol that is 24/7. Read google reviews, there’s been break ins.

Area with an easy-to-access dump point and free water; it is clean.

Good parking options for motorhomes and campervans up to about 7 metres long; you can park very close to the amenities building. Well maintained.

Great area! Not too busy at this time of year. You can also empty your grey and black water.
