Clifftop coastal area, sloping pitches

A peaceful, beautifully situated campsite in a stunning natural setting. The access system is efficient and easy to use. From the campsite, you can enjoy a scenic walk along the cliffs all the way to Wimereux, with beautiful coastal views throughout. Depending on the location of your pitch, you may hear some traffic, but it was not overly disturbing.

The positive thing is that the parking area has a good view. Paying by card was also no problem. The price of €10 for 24 hours is okay. The downside is that most pitches are very sloping, and because you are right next to a road, it is noisy all the time.

Great sea views from the cliffs. €10 per night for two people including tax. There are free parking spaces along the road in front, where overnight stays are possible, and also opposite a monument.

Excellent parking area right on the cliffs with views of the sea and the town. The town itself is not particularly attractive, but the parking area is top-notch. €9 per day is fair.

Fantastic site for the view and sunset, well located for visiting Nausicaá. The service area is not very practical; it is sloped, and a motorhome emptying its tanks can block the access road. Some evening noise, especially for the lower pitches. Chip shop across the road.

Very scenic area by the sea, with sunset views. Some pitches are sloping and only a few spaces have electricity. In any case, the view makes up for everything. Convenient for visiting the aquarium, about a twenty-minute walk. €9 for 24 hours. Recommended!

Perfect for our visit to Nausicaá, barely 15 minutes on foot at a brisk pace. We are not used to motorhome areas, but parking is difficult in the region, I find. This one is not just a line of vehicles. The view is lovely, with small hiking paths for watching the sunset as a couple. Bring leveling blocks; the ground is sloped. Bins and water available.

The sea view was lovely. The walk into town took us about 20 minutes. We had a nice morning walk along a coastal path toward the next village. It was quite basic. We paid for water but didn’t have the correct hose fitting.

I really don’t understand what the recent complaints are about. This is a great spot with spectacular views over the sea and beach. Spacious plots with lovely walks. Bus stop for route F less than 200 m away. A café up the road and a chip van every lunchtime and evening. Superb.

For the price, this motorhome area is well worth it: magnificent views, wide pitches, and quick access to the sea and Nausicaá. Yes, the spaces are sloped, but leveling blocks work very well. A little evening noise, but for a Saturday night it remained reasonable and the night was very pleasant. Just somewhat dated service facilities.

For the location, the price is fair. Wonderful views. Plenty of space. Many pitches require ramps, but that’s no big deal. Yes, it’s a bit shabby-chic, but if CC takes it over, prices will double, and it’s perfectly enjoyable as it is. Thank you to the commune for making this available on this stretch of coast where such places can be difficult to find.

Very disappointed with this parking area: poorly maintained, extremely noisy, and to top it all off, dogs are forbidden on the beach even away from the swimming areas. Not an address to remember; we left after a few hours.

One star for the beautiful view, one star for the space. I paid €18 for two nights, while the app says €9 for 48 hours. In fact, we could have stayed for free because the barrier was open. Twenty-five minutes’ walk to the village with steep streets. The bushes could use trimming. At the drinking-water point, people empty and rinse their toilets, which is not very hygienic. Not recommended for us.

This is already the second time I have stayed at this area. Always very good. We overlook the cliffs and the wind is fresh. The barrier is currently open because some work is being carried out on site.

Very nice place, since you cannot park in the regular car parks for sightseeing. Too many height barriers and prohibitions. A beautiful motorhome area with a magnificent view. You just need leveling blocks to stabilize. The entrance terminal needs replacing because the registration notifications are barely audible. The volume is far too low!

Thanks to the town for this area. We were able to discover the beautiful town of Boulogne-sur-Mer. Hopefully CC Park will not take it over.

Personally, I am quite satisfied: beautiful pitches on the heights between Boulogne and Wimereux with sea views. Too bad there is no electricity. Close to Nausicaá and the town center, about 1.5 km.

Motorhome area with pitches overlooking the beach and Carnot promenade. 1.5 km on foot from Nausicaá, the National Sea Centre. You can correct the vehicle’s slope, either across or lengthwise depending on the bed’s orientation.

A good overnight or weekend stopover. Twenty minutes from central Boulogne by slow bicycle. Sloping site in places, quiet during the night, even on Saturday. The chip shop closed at 21:00, so there was no customer noise. Work is being carried out in parts of the site, apparently on the electrical infrastructure. We would definitely use it again!

Sloping parking area. According to the tourist office, this is the only place where motorhomes are allowed to park. €10 for 24 hours is a little expensive for visiting Nausicaá, especially as it is a 30-minute walk each way uphill on the return. Very tiring in the sun at 27°C at 3 p.m.! So we took bus F for €1 per person; it runs every hour until 7 p.m.

Very steep area; in some places, leveling blocks are not enough. Nine spaces were advertised as free, but I struggled to find one. Emptying is problematic because when you are near the exit, you have to go back up against the one-way restriction. Poorly designed area, which is a shame.

Fantastic spot at a great price right on the dunes and cliffs with sea views, 30 minutes from the Calais ferry. Very sloping, but worth it for a secure and scenic last night of the holiday. Payment at the barrier; no apps required. Clean water-dumping area.

Three stars for the town itself; it can’t help it. But there were strange men with sunglasses, despite the absolutely terrible weather, in the dunes pretending to take photos with their phones although there was nothing to see. Reviews from last year mentioned bicycle thefts, and so we left.

Parking area on the edge of the attractive town of Boulogne-sur-Mer. Good views from the cliff over the sea and the town with its harbor. Some pitches are very steep. Unfortunately, the adjacent road is heavily trafficked and correspondingly noisy.

Spot beside a small lake. Narrow road up to the village, passing through an olive-growing area. Bins on site. Incredible hiking trail. A superb restaurant in the village with an amazing view and extraordinary dishes. Perfect!
