13 Via Lungomare del Parco, 44020, Lido di Volano
Been here?
Paid beach parking with 4 camper places, about 20m from the sea. It costs 6€ at weekends and is free during the week; this is a parking area for sleeping rather than camping. Bins are nearby, there are no toilets, and the sea view can be limited by raised sand on the beach.

Empty and very quiet in November. Many tame deer at the site. We parked directly beside the basketball court at Bagno Playground Beach. The sea view is limited because the beach had been built up. Bins are available, but no toilets. Definitely recommended!
We are back here after 2022. There are four spaces specifically for campers. At weekends it costs €6; during the week it is free. Bins are nearby and the place is basically just a parking lot. No camping, just sleeping. In return, you are 20 meters from the sea. Outside the season we were alone; in season, you share it with others. There are many mosquitoes and flies at certain times, especially in the evening.
A place right on the beach and perfectly acceptable for €6.00 per day. The toilets were open around the clock and there was also a beach shower.
Storm damage. Everything is destroyed; there is nothing left here. Cleanup work is underway throughout the town; perhaps the chaos will soon be cleared up.
We have been here since yesterday, so far for one night. Outside the season everything is closed, so we are completely alone. Sand has been piled up as a barrier along the beach. It is okay, but there are certainly nicer places, since the bins are right next to the site. The sea is 20 meters away. There are many camper spots in the surrounding area.
We were here at the end of October, outside the season. If you drive down the small beach road, four motorhome spaces are marked. During the season they are paid. At the end of October everything here was closed and we stayed overnight for free. Direct access to the beach. The place is quiet. We were alone here; only the deer came to visit us.
For anyone planning to go there: - There is a sign saying “no camping” with a red symbol of a crossed-out motorhome. - But immediately after this sign, at the spot described, there are special camper spaces, with a fee. I am not sure whether the accessible toilets are reserved exclusively for customers of a private beach. I did not see any showers. We saw lots of does.
We stayed here for two days (one night). Very safe and a beautiful place. The dog was no problem. The bar serves delicious food such as burgers and more. Good coffee and warm brioche in the morning. We would gladly come back.
We stayed here for a day and night. Super beautiful sandy beach; we felt like the only tourists. Food and drinks are available directly at the beach club. Three or four camper spaces are right on the beach. Showers, water and toilets are available.
