Unnamed Road, 07250, Vilafranca de Bonany
Been here?
Monastery parking with a gravel area under trees for one to two vans, plus many straight, relatively level asphalt spaces. It is clean, has a few rubbish bins, excellent views and toilets and a water point available 24h/24h. Visitors and cyclists pass during the day, while nights have been described as quiet. The access road has steep bends and should be used in good weather.

Highly recommended. We stayed with a rooftop tent on a Friday evening behind the bicycle sign. At sunset, a few Mallorcans came up, followed by occasional people coming and going. Many cyclists from the morning onward. Absolutely worth it for the views, sunset and sunrise, very friendly cats, and clean sanitary facilities.
We spent 2 quiet nights. Great view! Walkers and cyclists passing by. Lots of cats—feel free to bring them some pâté, they will be happy. Water point and toilets open 24/7. Please leave the place clean.
Besides the monastery being magnificent, there are several fairly flat spaces. The toilets inside the monastery are a real bonus. However, there is a lot of passing traffic.
Good views and very quiet at night. There are more than three parking spaces. In the morning, people come to visit the monastery, along with hikers and cyclists, but they are not disturbing. Good place for short excursions.
Very peaceful place with excellent views. During the day there is some activity, especially tourists and quads coming and going. Some cyclists also pass by. Relatively level parking; when I was there, there was a retreat at the convent and they asked me to park below. There are public toilets in the convent.
I had a very quiet night here with a good view. The drive up the hairpin bends is quite manageable. If you only want to enjoy the view during the day, do not drive up in bad weather—it is not worth it then :)
Steep road... only go in good weather... we left again.
Ideal place to spend a night in the middle of nowhere, with a magnificent view over the whole island. Respect the place; the monastery is inhabited, so it is a religious site. The parking area is perfect for sleeping peacefully.
Superb spot at the top of a hill. Very quiet place with a 360-degree panoramic view. Many hiking trails. There are toilets and a sink in the former monastery, which has been converted into basic guest rooms.
I love the peace and quiet of this place. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Toilets on the right-hand side of the church.
A mountain completely free of antennas and satellites :-) with many picnic tables and benches.
Great place. Easy access and wonderful views!
Everything is still perfect, as mentioned in the comments. Motorhomes should not use the upper parking area.
