This is a flat, very quiet daytime parking area directly beside the cable car and Hotel Panorma, with a spectacular view of Merano from the nearby hill. There are no services, and bus traffic begins around 8 a.m. because the area is a turning point. Overnight stays for vans and caravans are clearly prohibited.
