4x4 access only
Getting here needs an off-road vehicle. Check your ground clearance before setting off.
This is a secluded spot in an old red pozzolana quarry, with a beautiful regional view and very little passing traffic. It is impossible for a motorhome, while vans must negotiate a 1 to 2 km track with a deep rut. The terrain is steep and very dry in summer. Fires are forbidden, and a single-night stay is requested.

Very pretty spot, really remote, impossible for a motorhome; vans need to be careful. Along the track (1–2 km) I took, there is a large rut to get through, but once there you are alone in the world in an old red pozzolana quarry, with a beautiful view of the sunset.Translating
Magnificent view, very quiet, no traffic, steep terrain; motorhomes beware. Very dry in summer, fires prohibited.Translating
The view is great. The track is very rocky and rough, only manageable with high ground clearance. A 4x4 is only needed when it rains. Possibly private property. Please leave no rubbish. Do not make fires, as it is close to the forest. Risk of forest fires in summer. Please stay only one night. Farmer visible nearby. There are cows.Translating
