This is a free daytime car park beside an open park, with good views, nearby shops and restaurants, and cafes on site. Public toilets are available for 30p in coins only. There are plenty of parking spaces and a children’s play area, but overnight stays are prohibited.

Great daytime park-up with excellent views. Public toilets are decent; 30p coins only.
Lots of parking spaces. Children's playground. Two cafés. Outdoor lido; I didn't see whether they had showers. Public toilet at the lakeside café end. 20p required; cards not accepted. The beach cannot be used because it is unsafe.
Lovely place to stop. The toilet costs 20 pence but is very clean. We stopped for a cup of tea and a sandwich, but did not stay overnight.
Nice and quiet. Great 4G.
