Quiet free area, limited pitches

Excellent area. There are only a few spaces, but they are fairly level and spacious. Easy to manoeuvre when parking, with free services. Good location for visiting the village. We spent a very peaceful night.

We spent a very peaceful night. It only has capacity for four motorhomes, with free water emptying and filling. If you arrive later, the police patrol very often, and parking outside those four spaces is not allowed. There is another area at the other end of the village in case this one is full. The village centre is an 8-minute walk away. You can see it in just over two hours.

We spent two very peaceful and safe nights here. There are four motorhome spaces, but some vehicles parked beside them as well. Green area for walking the dog. Small village with a little castle and plenty of charm. All services are free. Many thanks to the town council.

Very nice site, except that the spaces are at a very short angle for a large motorhome, especially with a trailer.

Very well-designed site. Very quiet at night. Service and waste disposal are fine. As all four motorhome spaces were occupied, we stayed overnight without any problems in the parking bay opposite. Thanks to the town for providing such a site.

Thank you to the town hall for this site! We spent one night and everything went very well; everything works! There is a little passing traffic, but we cannot complain because it is great that they provide a free facility for travelers!

Good stop just on the outskirts of the town, safe and free to use, pleasant walk into the town. Nothing open when we visited but as we’re self contained not an issue, though we do try and make a purchase of some sort when the town provide free facilities and parking. Would use again.

Everything that has been said is correct. However, do not forget to visit the castle 1.2 km away; it is a splendid place.

Fantastic and convenient area. Close to the village, with all services. Very good pizzeria a few meters away. A wonderful walk along the old railway line. If we had to mention one drawback, it would be the difficulty of filling water bottles, as the tap is very low.
