Unnamed Road, 362 92, Tingsryd
Been here?
This is a secluded lakeside stop surrounded by nature, with attractive views and access to the water. A nearby weir creates continuous water sounds, while the narrow approach has overhanging branches and can be difficult for motorhomes. Space is limited to about 3 cars, with two campervans fitting more comfortably. Overnight stays are limited to one night, and making fires is forbidden.

Very good motorhome pitch, quiet location by the lake. You can hear water flowing through the nearby weir. Space for a maximum of 3 cars. Rather difficult for motorhomes.
Very good spot, at a short drive from Tingsryd. Great views, hidden spot and peaceful. 10-20 steps and you’re at the lake. Comfortable for two campervans. We had a lovely time.
The pitch is quite hidden and on the other side of the small river, as marked. Two campers would fit; three would be too tight. We were alone there and even somewhat protected from the rain by the trees. The access road is quite narrow. Apart from the lack of a dam, it is very quiet and idyllic. We would gladly return; it is exactly how you imagine Sweden. No services or rubbish bins.
Absolutely impossible to understand how anyone can write that there is room for several campers here. There is absolutely no space for two vehicles. Also, it is very clearly not welcome to park here. Do not come here!
Nice spot, but be careful with a large campervan (2.30 m wide, 3.30 m high and 7 m long): the passage is very narrow because of the overhanging branches. I would first walk up to check whether it is suitable for you.
Super beautiful place to spend the night! There is a water sluice right next to it, so you can hear rushing water, but otherwise there is nothing around for miles. We were alone, but there is room for several campers. There is also a fire pit and good access to the water for swimming.
A wonderfully beautiful spot; we stayed there with our rooftop tent. Swimming in the river is difficult, but you can definitely get into the water. The place is in the middle of nature, so we were completely alone. Exactly how we imagined our holiday in Sweden. The access road is manageable; no 4x4 is needed. Only unsuitable for large motorhomes!
Pure idyll! This is how you imagine traveling in Sweden. Right on the beautiful shore with huge rocks. Peaceful, with only the sound of the small dam. Nearby is a picnic area with a table, two benches and a rubbish bin by castle ruins, with a hiking trail and a small bridge over a lovely stream.
A wonderfully beautiful place for one night. It is forbidden to make fires or stay longer than one night—residents/owners monitor this and are sometimes quite irritated because many people apparently do not follow the rules. One overnight stay is permitted, even with a vehicle :)
Very nice and quiet place. We could hear the overflow, but it did not disturb us at night.
Very nice place for one night. However, three Danes in a Volvo came in the evening and wanted to sell us fentanyl.
Wonderful, quiet place in the middle of the forest. The overflow is constantly audible in the background, but it did not bother us. When dry, the road is no problem for cars and smaller campers. Fires are not allowed.
Beautiful place in the middle of the woods. We stayed there with a coachbuilt motorhome. The last section is along a forest track, but with careful maneuvering you can get through easily. There is a turning area at the end. Fire pit available.
Very cozy and peaceful place. Some noise from the nearby dam.
Very beautiful spot by the water. We made a fire pit. Respect the fire-safety rules and enjoy it! The dam next to the pitch makes noise, but it is more like white noise. We slept wonderfully.
Quiet, peaceful parking area with a pleasant cultural walk full of information. Near the lake. Maximum 2 motorhomes. The last part is a forest road and should be driven carefully. Respect the right of public access and leave only your footprints. Good TV and mobile-phone coverage.
Quiet spot; we spent one night there. Not very suitable for fishing because the water is very shallow. There is a weir next to the site, so it is relatively noisy. Apart from a few hikers, there was no one around. No toilets, rubbish bins or anything else. Please leave it clean.
