Been here?
Small automated farm-stay area with a quiet, well-kept green setting near the village and mountain scenery. The current overnight price is €15 including electricity, loading and unloading. There are no showers, sinks or permanent sanitary facilities, only Sebach toilets, and the waste area has been reported full. Entry and payment are self-service, with cash required according to a recent visit.

Automated motorhome area at €15 with electricity, water supply and disposal included. Advantages: quiet and peaceful. Disadvantages: Wi-Fi works poorly, no showers or sinks, only Sebach portable toilets (not the best), and the waste area was overflowing.
Convenient and practical. There are no major facilities, only water supply/disposal with overnight parking—no toilets, showers, or sinks—but it is perfect for one or two nights. The greenery is well maintained and the location is perfect for visiting the town. Automatic access is very convenient for maximum flexibility; unfortunately, we never saw the owners. I would recommend at least a drinking-water tap and/or a sink.
We stopped here as we needed a night with electricity. There is an automatic machine to pay before entering but it required cash (no cards). There were signs mentioning the WiFi but we could not find the connection. Overall, a quiet night with 3 other campers in a small camping.
Practical motorhome area with disposal and water supply at a low price (obviously, there are still no facilities or running water). It is a well-maintained green space, a short walk from the charming town just below Campo Imperatore. We did not see the municipal area mentioned in other reviews, and this was perfect for what we needed.
Dishonest! They put up motorhome water-supply and disposal signs around the lake to make you go to their paid facility. Be careful: the free municipal area with all services is just a little farther ahead.
Motorhome area that is not very large but convenient and quiet, with a wonderful view of the mountains and the picturesque, beautiful village of Santo Stefano, which looks almost like a nativity scene. A small market sells local products. No sanitary facilities for now, but all other motorhome services are available. Price: €15 per night with electricity, paid entirely through an automatic machine.
Fully automated motorhome area, very close to the village, a small lake, and a lovely typical restaurant where you can dine.
A very beautiful place, isolated but not too much, two minutes' walk from a very typical restaurant. The self-service payment machine also allows you to arrive late at night or leave early in the morning. Card payment is possible, but the signal in those areas is unreliable, so I recommend bringing cash. Services: electricity, water supply, and disposal.
Agricamping surrounded by greenery, near the village, which is reachable in 10 minutes on foot. €15 with disposal and water supply available. Entry is through a barrier. Payment is made at the machine by entering the usage code and receiving a receipt. Everything is self-service.
Quiet, bucolic place behind Santo Stefano di Sessanio and not far from Rocca Calascio. Electricity and water supply/disposal available.
Agriturismo in a strategic location for visiting Rocca Calascio and Campo Imperatore by scooter. Rustic area but with everything essential. Be careful: the €15 per night rate is valid only until 10 a.m., regardless of arrival time. No mobile signal or internet; there is Wi-Fi, but it is very weak. To make phone calls, you have to go to the village.
Simple and rustic, as someone already wrote. There is no bathroom or sink for washing dishes; otherwise, it seemed perfect to us. Overall, €15 for one night, including electricity, is a very good price.
I am giving one star only because they put signs all around the lake directing motorhomes to their paid water-supply and disposal facility, using blue motorhome-disposal signs. When you arrive and follow the signs, they divert you away from the free municipal motorhome area located 50 meters from them. Dishonest behavior that deserves to be reviewed as such. We wanted to eat at their restaurant, but after noticing these signs, we decided not to.
Convenient location for visiting the village and Rocca Calascio by scooter. Ingenious payment system: a candy dispenser contains the cards with the code to open the barrier. The pitches should be a little wider, and the disposal area needs improvement. During our visit there was quite a lot of mud around the drain, and the waste area was overflowing with uncollected rubbish.
Excellent place for visiting the village. Everything is very rustic and pleasant, especially the refreshment area, which I recommend. We did not stay overnight, so I cannot comment on that. The service point worked well.
Excellent price for the services offered: €15 per night, motorhome service point, Wi-Fi, and electricity, for four people. Convenient for visiting the village. The card is purchased from the dispenser. It is possible to park outside and use the motorhome service point for €7; the card is still purchased from the dispenser.
I used only the black- and grey-water disposal and water supply, which worked perfectly, at a cost of €7. Overnight parking costs €15.
Beautiful, very quiet place near the historic center, a 10-minute walk away. Flat ground, 15 motorhome spaces, automatic payment machine (€15 overnight, €5 for water supply/disposal). Electricity connections only in the central parking spaces.
Excellent area with services; parking costs €10, including electricity and water supply/disposal. The only negative thing was the many flies!
Beautiful motorhome area with stable electricity and water supply/disposal. Drinking-water tap separate from the black-water tap. Clean area surrounded by greenery. Free Wi-Fi and even a vending machine selling local products. We met the owner, who conveyed his love for the village and the farm. Highly recommended.
Agricamping surrounded by greenery, with a very friendly and helpful manager. Fair rates: €10 per night, €5 for water supply/disposal. Lovely horses and a vending machine with local products. Toilets and showers are currently missing, but the owner assured us they will be built. Strategic location a short distance from the charming village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio.
