Grassy riverside site, no toilets

Basically okay, but only half of the spaces are shaded. Electricity is limited to 6 amps per connection. Unfortunately it was already very noisy because of construction work on the railway. We could not see a rubbish bin anywhere. There is a recycling center at the entrance to the town.✦Translating

I am not giving it five stars because it has no toilets, and to get around by bicycle you have to use the road. Otherwise we loved it. Spacious pitches and lots of shade. Best of all, you can swim in the river, which is just a few steps away.✦Translating

We were originally put off from staying here due to a negative review about the train line. Yes there is a train line but there is about one very small train every 2 hours and definitely is not noisey. Well looked after site with views to the castle and access to the River and some nice walks. There are bins just behind the hedge. Would recommend. ✦Translating

Comfortable, quiet area with all services included. You need the area-network card; if you do not have one, the machine issues it. However, there is a voltage-drop problem with only five motorhomes connected to the same line. I measured about 216V, which was insufficient for my refrigerator to work. I had to change outlets. A well-designed site. At the moment, when it is somewhat wet, you can bring a lot of dirt into the motorhome. In the morning and evening, you can enjoy the spectacle of many hot-air balloons taking off. Several sights can be reached on foot or by bicycle.✦Translating

Packed in like sardines, noisy, and the water flow for filling up was terrible, taking more than 40 minutes. Motorhome owners left their engines running from 7 a.m. to prepare to leave. Beynac is wonderful to visit, with local shops and a castle; Castelnau is also great, with very good walks.✦Translating

Super, restful, quiet, peaceful and shaded, with large pitches in the wooded section. Close to the river; Beynac village is a 10-minute walk away. We did a 12-km canoe trip in the afternoon, very enjoyable, with Canoë Découverte at the end of the area. We will come back.✦Translating
