A spacious, natural lakeside area beside a quiet gravel road, with several flat spots and views over the lake and small islands. It has a fireplace and a wood store with a splitting axe, while a dry toilet is across the road. The sandy swimming place becomes deep quickly. Recent visits found the site peaceful, though an older comment reported overcrowding and only one fireplace.

At least four stars. We were alone at the site overnight. The fire pit and wood storage, with splitting axe, are excellent. Beautiful sandy swimming spot where it gets deep quickly.
Beautiful, peaceful place by a lake in the woods. Spacious. We had a wonderfully quiet stay alone. Clean toilet on the other side of the road.
Small island beside the track, with very little traffic. Good for one night.
We have known this truly beautiful place for over 20 years. However, it is now completely overcrowded. Every possible parking space is occupied. There is also only one fire pit now, instead of three. Sadly, the idyllic atmosphere is gone.
Idyllic spot, beautiful pitches, superb views over the lake with small islands. Fire area with wood provided. The very best.
Perfect wild-camp spot: peaceful with magnificent views over Naarajärvi, dry privvies across lane among trees, camp-fire hearth and chopped wood supplies. Wonderful natural location; camping-cars stay away!
