The restriction must be at least 3m. Worth trying if its full elsewhere
Green meadow without any frills. We only parked here during our visit.Translating
This is a car park next door to the MH one and has height barrier. If coming from Sainte-Marie-du-Mont use first driveway this is the one for motorhomes.
Current situation in accordance with the initial description. It is a parking lot without restrictions or services.Translating
Excellent location both for going to the beach and visiting the Utah museum (2 minutes away) and the outdoor sculptures commemorating what happened here. Almost all spaces have grass. No services except four toilets (no paper or showers). Completely free. We only missed two things: a place to dump black and gray water, but that does not detract from a five-star rating. Thank you.Translating
Perfect for visiting Utah Beach and its D-Day museum.Translating
Green, clean, birdsong, sound of the sea, and tonight only about 50% occupied.Translating
Perfect parking area, with asphalt and grass for parking the motorhome and visiting the Utah memorial and beach. Free and without services.Translating
Great graveled parking. Perfect for a visit to the Utah beach and museum. Relatively flat. Trash can onsite. Cellphone reception possible. No height restrictions.
It was closed when we arrive on January :(
You cannot sleep there; tested on 1/11/23 and there was a sign prohibiting overnight stays.Translating
We stayed a few nights, very close to the beach. Very quiet nights. No lighting on this part of the parking lot, but we did not feel unsafe.Translating
Huge parking lot beside the memorial and D-Day beach! No services. Quiet night. Many spaces available. Flat and grassy, or gravel—your choice.Translating
You cannot be better placed for visiting the Utah Beach museum. Great just for the day!Translating
We spent a very peaceful night without any noise.Translating
Parking area near the museum parking lot, where overnight parking is prohibited. Enter through a wooden gateway without an upper bar; medium-sized, convenient for the beaches, and very quiet.Translating
Very good grassy parking area as a backup, if you move away from the motorhome lanes. Convenient, 500 m from the beach and Utah Beach museum.Translating
Large parking lot near the museum. We spent a very quiet night at the back of the parking lot. No barrier or prohibition—it is excellent!Translating
It is not always easy to find a space, but here there is plenty of choice. This hedge-lined parking lot is well sheltered from the wind; parking at the back avoids road noise, and the night is really quiet. No services; the place is clean and should remain so. Be careful parking on the grass if rain is expected.Translating
Large parking lot next to the memorial, without services but very quiet. (September 12)Translating
Plenty of space, very close to the beach, complete peace and quiet. Great with a small child.Translating
A very convenient place! Right next to Utah Beach. No services. Little traffic and perfect for spending one night before continuing the route.Translating
The site has no waste or water facilities, but that does not matter. We had a very, very quiet night, with very short distances to the museum and Utah Beach. There are not just 30 spaces but more like 60. Gladly again.Translating
Very quiet and spacious. Very close to the defensive positions and the memorial. There is a restaurant.Translating
Very pleasant and quiet for a free overnight spot. At night you only hear the sea. A dozen campers spread out over the relatively large area, next to the museum visitor parking lot. Recommended for a stopover after the museum closes.
Very quiet and perfect for visiting Utah Beach and the museum. No services. Free.
Excellent and spacious parking area; use the last two rows, farthest from the museum. We spent one night with about twenty other campers. Very quiet. Flat. No services. Just a few meters from the excellent Utah Beach museum and beach.
Very good place for visiting Utah Beach and the museum.
