Piste DFCI de Constance, 83230, Bormes-les-Mimosas
Been here?
Overnight parking prohibited since June 2024; this is a fire-brigade access road that cannot be blocked. Beautiful quiet spot with fine views, one flat parking area, and no services. Signed restrictions in place (€135 fine risk). Starting point for hikers; not suitable for large vehicles.

Signs are present: driving through and staying overnight are prohibited; residents only.
Great place, but be careful: at 10 a.m. someone from the municipality took our details and a photo, saying that wild camping and parking here are prohibited because it obstructs the firefighters. We risk a €135 fine, but we will contest it because there is no sign and she has no proof.
Great view, quiet pitch, with only a few walkers in the evening. Be careful, the ground is sloped.
Indeed, a beautiful spot with a beautiful view. We left hurriedly in the morning on the municipal police's orders. This is the start of a fire-service track, so the access must not be blocked.
Very quiet and a very beautiful view.
Very nice spot. The view is superb and the sunset is incredible. The place is quiet even though it is close to the road. There is no traffic after 7:30 or 8 p.m.
Good, quiet spot, but make sure to stay before the barrier, which is open but clearly says camping is prohibited beyond it. Maximum two vehicles. Lovely view upon waking.
Small dirt parking area, one flat space, while the rest is somewhat uneven. The view is great, and there is a nice little hike nearby. The road is not far away and remains relatively busy. We had a pleasant evening and a good night's sleep here.
Sleeping and parking have been prohibited here since June 2024.
Five-star view, but on the night we slept there, the wind was extremely strong. Space for one vehicle. No bins, no services. Close to the road but nevertheless quiet, with a few cyclists and walkers passing occasionally.
I wanted peace and quiet, far from civilization. I found what I was looking for here. Perfect for a van.
Quiet night. Walkers go up to the chapel in the morning. Only one truly flat space. There are others beyond the barrier next to the tank. Beautiful view. No services.
Natural setting. Set back from the road, which is lightly trafficked and therefore fairly quiet. Magnificent view. Up in the hills. Surrounded by cork oaks. A chapel worth seeing is nearby via the hiking trail.
