Rue des Phosphates, 7021, Mons
Been here?
A quiet wooded parking area in Le Bois d'Havré, close to the highway and suitable for an overnight stop. The rear section is calmer, with shade, level ground, forest walks, cycling routes and a fitness trail nearby. It becomes busier with walkers, runners and cars in the morning, while distant road noise may continue. The entrance has numerous potholes, and there are no services.

Beautiful site with plenty of spaces. Quiet night. Be careful at the entrance; drive very slowly because there are many potholes!Translating
Very quiet night with two other motorhomes. Very good spot, fairly clean, with cycle paths to the lovely centre of Mons.Translating
Perfect after a day on the road during a heatwave: shade, quiet, and a few cars belonging to joggers or walkers. Flat, clean ground, although we also picked up rags and small pieces of paper. The locals are pleasant and greet us warmly. Ideally, park at the back, and if possible perpendicular to leave room for everyone.Translating
Good spot for a one night stopover. When we stayed there was a massive thunderstorm and a few expected insects! Few vehicles came past in the night. otherwise quiet. Translating
Ideal place for a stopover. Busy until 10 p.m., then fairly quiet and ideal for sleeping until 8 a.m. (there is some noise from a busy road farther away). After that it becomes busy again with walkers and runners. There is also a nice forest for walking the dog.Translating
Perfect for one night on the road. In the middle of nature, with people arriving fairly early in the morning.Translating
On a hot day, we enjoyed the shaded overnight spot. Several motorhomes were there. At night it was absolutely quiet. We picked up and disposed of rubbish left by previous visitors. If we are not all careful and considerate, such places will eventually be closed.Translating
Beautiful and quiet spot, really very close to the motorway, only about 4 minutes away. We stayed here while passing through. A big apology to our fellow campers for leaving again just before 4 a.m. We tried to be as quiet as possible. The access road to the car park is very potholed at the beginning.Translating
A lovely parking place in the woods. Very quiet if parking further from the local road- while there is some road noise from the main road it’s really a distant and constant hum. Very good nights sleep and enjoyed a run in the forest in the morning. Excellent Boulangerie in Havre!Translating
We arrived during the night. There were other vans there, but we were not disturbed by noise. Very quiet night in the woods. Just be careful because there are some very large potholes on the road leading there. Another road tripper on site helped us with a battery problem the next morning. So, for us, a very good experience!Translating
Quiet parking area in a wooded area. Stayed one night as it was close to the highway. We arrived late and it was almost empty, in the morning it was a very popular car park for runners and walkers so make sure you bay park. Translating
Perfectly adequate for a stopover to sleep. There were four other campers, the night was very quiet and we slept well. Please keep the place clean so it can remain available for a long time :)Translating
Parking in the woods, fairly quiet overall. A few early-morning runners, but as I am an early riser this did not bother me. At the back, the ground is quite wet; we are in June, so we will see how it is in winter. The road provides background noise, but nothing serious.Translating
really good spot. great walks/runs. small exercise park in the forest. Very quiet, although close to the main road you can't hear it at night. light traffic in the morning. small bin available but best to take trash with you. Translating
Large, beautiful forest spot… keep it clean. Take your own rubbish with you, also because the only bin is primarily intended for dog waste.Translating
It is indeed nice, but for me it was not that peaceful. There was a small van already there whose driver kept turning its headlights and engine on and off, another car passed by, and at 3 a.m. I heard loud music with the headlights on, so I left ^^. I went there in winter, in February.Translating
Pleasant and peaceful night in the middle of nature. We highly recommend it, just a few minutes from the centre of Mons.Translating
Third time staying. A great place. In the woods with a lot of walking routes. Owls at night time. Only very small bins available. Translating
Good for one night, close to the motorway but very quiet. The forest is great for walking.Translating
Ideal for one night during the week; very quiet, but at weekends there is a lot of activity very early, with numerous vehicles belonging to hikers. You can quickly find yourself blocked in when trying to leave.Translating
Quiet site for spending a night, unfortunately spoiled by inconsiderate people. Please take your rubbish with you. We started cleaning before having our meal in the forest. Lovely site for walking in the forest.Translating
Forest parking areas near the road. Many walkers, even until 9 p.m. in summer. A few other campers. We felt safe and slept well. Many spaces, with shade. You can hear the traffic on the road a little, but it is not disturbing.Translating
We spent one night there. There were other vans, but a few cars passed during the night.Translating
Perfect for a quiet night.Translating
