Been here?
Camping Thalassa is a small grassy campsite in Bredene’s campsite district, with 2 pitches offering water and electricity and other pitches without services. Dogs are free, a bakery is 100m away, shops are nearby, and the tram stop is a 10min walk; the naturist beach is also close. Recent stays reported poor management, no card payment, missing toilet paper, dirty facilities, and cold shower water. A 2-night minimum was applied, with one quote of 160€ for a small bus and trailer.

We stayed for one night. They wouldn't accept cards and suggested a bank one kilometer down the road for cash and restaurants. The next morning, no one was around to pay. I found a cleaner to get a token for the shower. Clean and tidy, but no toilet paper. Nice site but poorly managed.
Nothing outstanding, but okay for one night.
Beware—it seems very much like a rip-off. Small meadow with a dirty bathroom containing cigarette butts. We agreed by phone, but on site he wanted more money after all: €160 for a minibus and caravan. Minimum stay is two nights. We drove away after a very unfriendly phone call.
The pitches were okay. Cold water in the shower in the evening, no toilet paper, no towel, but soap. Prices seem to be set rather arbitrarily. Contact with the operator was okay. Minimum stay of two nights.
July 2023: The night was supposed to cost €40, far too expensive, so we drove on. There was not a single motorhome there either.
Admittedly, we arrived in high season without a reservation. The owner squeezed us into a construction site for the new mobile homes, leaving us no choice. Sanitary facilities were dirty and old, €1.50 for a seven-minute shower—who showers that long? No waste disposal, terribly noisy until late at night, and apparently no rules on the site. Never again!
