This gravelly hiking parking area is directly beside a small stream, surrounded by forest, meadows, mountains and sheep fields. The access from Brenschede involves a very sharp 270 degrees turn, requiring a reset on the road. The place is well maintained and quiet at night, but traffic becomes heavy from 5 Uhr. A nearby fire pit may be used when the stated conditions are met.

Wonderful parking area directly beside a small river, between forest, meadows, mountains and sheep fields. Anyone who behaves sensibly is welcome to make a fire at the fire pit beside the river. The site caretaker was there and said fires are allowed if only deadwood is burned. Barbecue area, seating and a Kneipp pool included. 10/10!
