A small wooded parking area suitable for an overnight stop, with some shelter. The nearby E18 can be very noisy, although the site is otherwise calm. It is also a trailhead and can be busier on weekends, while rubbish has been reported around the area.

Honestly, not great. The place is quiet, admittedly, but surrounded by litter. The nearby E18 is very noisy, so after midnight we left to find another spot.
Great place for one night. You are fairly well sheltered. It is also a starting point for hiking routes, so weekends are busier with visitors and parked cars. It did not bother us. We had a quiet night!
Fine for a short break after the night ferry.
