New Parkside Farm

Excellent one-night stay at this campsite! The owner was very accommodating. We contacted him by phone during the day to spend the night there that same evening. He gave us a lovely pitch right on the edge of the campsite, and we enjoyed a magnificent sunset. Simple but very clean sanitary facilities; no tokens needed. £28 per night. I recommend it if you are passing through!✦Translating

Nice quiet site with good facilities. We were cycling the Way of the Roses cycle route that passes close by. Also handy for cycling into Lancaster or Morecambe, near to canal & the Crook of Lune

Pleasant, quiet site close to junction 34 on M6. Showers now included in site fees (£28 per night). Ok for a stop over.

Went in on the closed season, owner was kind enough to let me use facilities and top up water free of charge. Offered a few quid but wouldn’t take it. Touch of class

A good stop on a very flat site. We were allowed to choose our spot. Immaculate sanitary facilities. (Though there were only two families there at the time….) I recommend it.✦Translating

Lovely welcome and good clean facility’s with hot shower, I pre park for two nights but decided to carry on my travel after one and they very kindly refunded me one night was I’m super grateful for.

Lovely spot and friendly owners. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars is facilities are a little dated, but they are still good and quiet.

Adorable!! We arrived when all the spaces were taken, but since we did not need electricity, we were able to settle in without any problem. The manager is really friendly and accommodating. Thank you for everything!!✦Translating
