Been here?
A quiet, well-kept motorhome site beside Silbersee, with mostly grassy, relatively level pitches and many nearby family activities. The pitch costs €16, electricity €3, and toilet use 50 Cent; showers cost extra, while waste and water services are included. Modern, clean sanitary facilities, a shop, a fenced dog run, and waste disposal are available. The lake, cycle path, play areas, and leisure attractions are within easy reach.

Very nice owner who tries to make everything possible. Cold drinks are available at reception. No beer yet because of the missing license—Germany, after all. Water and waste facilities on site, new sanitary building. Toilet 50 cents, electricity €3, pitch €16. Nicely arranged and wonderfully quiet. We certainly won't be staying here for the last time.Translating
Very nice owners. We reserved by phone in advance, so there were no problems. Waste and water services are included in the price; toilet and shower use cost extra. Beautifully laid out, always clean and tidy. Lots of activities around the site.Translating
Everything you need is available: water and waste services, rubbish disposal, electricity, toilets, showers, and a large fenced dog run. Most motorhomes are on well-maintained grass; a few gravel pitches are also being created near the entrance. A small amusement park offers fun for all ages, and the swimming lake is a five-minute walk away. Excellent value for money!Translating
We received a very warm welcome. A really beautiful site. Silbersee is only a few meters away. A cycle path runs right beside it. Recommended.Translating
Wonderful site with modern, clean sanitary facilities. Very friendly welcome and a well-coordinated team that ensured everything ran smoothly over the Pentecost weekend. We can recommend it without reservation.Translating
Fantastic experience! Incredibly friendly welcome, excellent communication, very flexible, and great facilities! The toilet and shower are modern and extremely dog-friendly—there is even a fenced-off exercise area for the dogs. We were thrilled, and there is plenty to do around the lake, all within walking distance. We will definitely come back!Translating
Excellent place, very well maintained, spotless, quiet, and well organized. Water and waste services and rubbish collection were perfect. Extremely friendly welcome.Translating
Very friendly welcome from Lothar and his wife. My little grandchildren and I were delighted. Nice conversations and a quiet site with lighting at night, lovingly laid out. The small sanitary facilities were very clean and tidy, and water and waste services were available. Everything nearby is reachable on foot: amusement park, summer toboggan run, swimming pool and sauna with delicious homemade food—not frozen food—shopping facilities, and more. TOPTranslating
We had a suuuper pitch for the night. We also got to meet the owner personally and were delighted by him and his sweet dog! We would be very happy to come back!Translating
We stayed for one night. The owner was very friendly, and we had our choice of pitches. Beautiful lake. There was only one shower and one toilet; the expansion of the sanitary facilities is under construction.Translating
We came back after eight years, and the site has changed enormously. Five stars are definitely deserved here. Nice and friendly owner. If you love peace and quiet, this is exactly the right place.Translating
Beautiful, uncomplicated site. Absolutely fine for €15. A washroom/shower building is under construction. There is a fenced area for dogs. The area is great for beautiful walks.Translating

Very nice, cozy, and well-maintained place in beautiful surroundings. We were welcomed by a friendly host who explained the area, which is ideal for walking and cycling. The icing on the cake will be when the new toilet building is finished. We would gladly come back.Translating
We spent the Easter weekend there with two vehicles. The hospitality, cleanliness, location, and price are truly excellent! Even without a reservation, they created a first-class spot for us. ;) We will definitely come back.Translating
Simply fantastic... The first contact on the phone was already great, and everything here is perfect in person. Very nice people, a shower for €1 and toilet use for 50 cents. A larger toilet and shower are currently under construction. There was an Easter fire, and on Easter Sunday small chocolate Easter bunnies were given out. We will definitely come back. 5 starsTranslating
Like the previous reviewers, we can only say good things about this place. Everything is simply right!Translating
Very inconvenient place, very small with deep hollows. Better continue driving beyond the church. There are many parking spaces there, including large ones for buses. Maybe avoid weekends. I only parked during the day. In the evening it should be possible to stay overnight once all the visitors have left.Translating
We wanted to park and spend the night in the parking bay beneath the trees, but even at 11 p.m. there was still heavy traffic. Cars passed every two minutes. The cobblestones made things worse. There was also not a breath of air. We then drove to the harbor and slept there.Translating
Beautiful spot with a view of the town. Hardly any cars pass at night either.Translating
The toilets are clean and always open. The last boat comes back at about 2:30 p.m., so arrive after then. There are limited spaces and they are a little uneven. We had a lovely quiet night here. The 10:30 p.m. trip over to the island to see the storm petrels is fabulous and highly recommended.
The caretaker let us stay overnight one day before our planned visit to the park. The toilets at the entrance could be used and were clean.
