Small roadside picnic area beside a lake, partly screened from the E39 by rock, with a table, bench, rubbish bin, and access to the water. The gently sloping rocks provide a place to swim, with the water temperature recorded as 3 ° C. The site is slightly uneven and the road is audible, but night-time traffic is generally tolerable. A nearby quarry may also be heard.
