Beach parking, loud traffic

Okay for having a coffee and enjoying the view, but overnighting is a definite no.✦Translating

Ideal for motorhomes and enjoying Houlgate beach, but very noisy because of the road; the train is less noisy. Better during the week. Four stars because of the sea view and sunsets from the motorhome, and because it is free. There is also an official motorhome area not too far away in Dives-sur-Mer.✦Translating

We spent a relatively quiet night here in a panel van—especially during the day, the traffic is very loud. A train passes occasionally.✦Translating

Beautiful, large parking spaces along the road. It could be somewhat noisy at night, but otherwise it is right on the beach with a shower and toilet. The city is also easily reachable on foot.✦Translating

Great spot. But 50 meters farther north is a better place. You are right on the beach there. Not legal, but fantastic and quieter than directly beside the road.✦Translating

Very good for a meal with a sea view, and very nice walks are possible. There is indeed some passing traffic, but it is free.✦Translating

After calling literally all campings in the area, we parked in the parking just in front of this one: a shadow area but has a height limit 1.9m, a bit calmer than the parking by the road. We only saw one train passing early in the morning. Ok for one night.

Free parking, but quite a bit of traffic (parking used by returning fishermen). Public toilet 100 meters from the parking area.✦Translating
