Quiet parking among vineyards beside the river, convenient for the Giovanelli ravine via ferrata. The ground is fairly level and suits several campers. It is usually peaceful, although local traffic, cyclists and walkers can pass by.

Wonderful parking area for one night. Cars passed by only rarely.
Parking beside the road, heavily used by locals.
Perfect and quiet site during the week. We spent several days here hiking and doing via ferratas in the area. It is level; always respect the surroundings.

The site itself is great; today (6 September 2023), the height barriers on both sides were also open. BUT the voyeur was there again today and came right up to the vehicle. Caught in the act, he was not really intimidated even by a loud argument. Very unfortunate.
WARNING!! As some users reported about the next parking area, the voyeur appeared here too and we had to leave. Caught in the act, he was hiding behind the low wall watching us with binoculars and later even approached the vehicle until we could hear him breathing behind the slightly open, obscured window. A very disturbing and unsettling experience.
The place is certainly fine for one night. It is level and there is probably room for seven vans. On Easter Saturday it was almost full by around 6 p.m. You are not directly by the water and cannot access it directly. An alternative is the parking area by the cemetery next door, where there is currently no height restriction.
Very narrow strip, directly beside a path. Lots of public traffic.
Superb view and a good location near public food shops. On the opposite side of the river there is also a track where you can regularly find drinking-water taps. A bit far to walk, but very helpful if your vehicle is short of water.
Very pleasant atmosphere. A gravel shoulder beside a rarely used road in the middle of vineyards. During the day, it is mainly used by runners and people heading into the mountains. The beautiful Burrone Giovanelli via ferrata is nearby. Nice view of the river and mountains. No road noise. Fairly level. Reasonably good 4G mobile coverage.
