A highway rest area suitable for services and a quick stop. It is not suitable for longer stays because daytime traffic noise is significant, with no wall separating the area from the highway. Parking near the fields reduces the noise somewhat. The toilets have been reported as very dirty.

Probably useful for emptying and filling up during a quick roadside stop, but unsuitable for a longer stay. In September it was noisy throughout the day because there was no wall or other separation from the highway.
It is what it it. Highway rest stop. If you park near the fields, the traffic noise isn’t as bad. Toilets were nasty. Location needs a bathroom attendant.
