Quiet, spacious parking beside a ski-lift station in the mountains, especially outside the ski season, with no commercial activity then. The place is free and has no services, while a nearby restaurant may be busy during the day. It offers mountain walks, views and nature, and overnight stays have generally been possible, though noise can occur on holidays.

The parking area was almost flat and we felt very safe here; we were alone (off-season). We went hiking in the mountains from here. The owner/waiter of the restaurant was very friendly and we ate well there. He was completely fine with us staying there.
Spent two nights here in the gravel layby just before the car park. The ski resort restaurant was very busy from breakfast until late & so we decided not to take up space in their area. Amazing location with walks, views and nature and its free. There are other restaurants in the Nature Park and places to rent quad bikes for those that want to explore more.
Great as a daytime parking area! We were there for hiking. However, we did not want to sleep there because it was quite busy.
Excellent place to spend the night. We probably just had bad luck. It was a public holiday (Labour Day), with music until late at night and cars speeding past. Not pleasant. But I think this does not happen on other days. The ski lift is not operating during this period.
We slept there for one night on 20 July 2024. Very quiet and no problems.
