A shaded parking lot alongside a stadium, with space for about 3 or 4 motorhomes. It is convenient for a break or lunch and is easy to find, with shops and services nearby. Recent stays reported substantial traffic noise, while earlier visitors also heard a rooster, dogs, and a muezzin at night.

Not a great night, with lots of passing noise. Nothing works at this parking area.
We arrived from Montenegro in the middle of the night and used this site for a short rest stop. At first everything was quiet, until a rooster suddenly started crowing in the middle of the night. Then dogs barked. Then the muezzin called. Then the rooster and dogs again. In the morning, a man maintaining the sports field also kicked a ball onto our motorhome.
Great place to rest for the night with shade. Next to a football pitch and near a mosque but noise was no issue for us. There are enough spots for 3 possibly 4 motor homes. First time in Albania we actually had other motor homes parked around us so felt nice and safe. Easy to find and locals were friendly.
Good for one night if you want to be close to the airport. Quiet, with only occasional passing cars. Behind the parking area there is a sports centre, a mosque, a barber, two bars, and a small supermarket with a very kind owner, although he does not speak English.
