Castle parking, steep narrow access

The castle square in Linhares da Beira has approximately 7 spaces for cars and vans directly in front of the castle. The alternative climb avoiding the town is very steep and narrow. A small shady park with benches is next door, and WC is available in the village. Access to the 12th century castle is free, and the town is very small and quiet.
