Lakeside grass, dirty water

This lakeside wild spot has some small grassy patches and requires good ground clearance to reach. The lake water is currently dirty and uninviting, with many flies, mosquitoes, horse manure, rubbish and a sewer-like smell. The area is poorly maintained and can be muddy around the boat access.

Full of mosquitoes both day and night. Flies during the day as well. Unpleasant sewer-like smell; lots of piles of rubbish bags and plastic everywhere. The place is completely uncared for. In this area, the lake water is very dirty.
Water level higher than on the photos, but still various small level patches of grass directly on the lakefront. Nice view but water not very inviting, and a lot of horse shit and flies around. Don’t block the gravel access into the water, locals may arrive at any point to drive their boats into the water. We felt like they were not too happy about our presence.
Unfortunately, we could not find the beautiful meadow shown in the picture. A muddy boat launch surrounded by lots of rubbish. The only nice thing was the sunset. We drove on.
It is worth driving along the somewhat bumpy road to the end. A large meadow with direct access to the lake. Plenty of space. A herd of cows came by in the morning; otherwise, it was very quiet.
