Getting here needs an off-road vehicle. Check your ground clearance before setting off.
A lookout 615 meters from the sea offers parking beside a fire shelter and beautiful sunrise views. The access road is well maintained and provides several stopping places during the climb. However, the ascent is quite steep, so long and heavy vehicles are not recommended. A relaxed caretaker arrived around 9:00.

We had a great stay and spent the last night of our trip here before taking the ferry from Olbia. The road is well maintained and allows several stops during the climb, but I do not recommend it for long, heavy vehicles because it has a steep uphill section. We had no problems with our car. There are parking barriers for paid parking still packaged halfway up, though—who knows why.
