Seaside parking, sheltered and quiet

Great place for a few nights. Quiet location, with only the occasional person swimming or fishing. Water and rubbish bins are available across the road if needed. Well sheltered from the wind except with west or south winds. Accessible to large motorhomes up to at least 8 metres. The easiest access is by reversing in, but it is also possible to turn around here.

This place is unsuitable because you have to drive in via a probably new paved road and then reverse to the side. We drove on.

Perfectly quiet place. Above the parking area there is a church, about 150 metres away, with drinking water. About 50 metres above the church there is a children’s playground. The shop is 2 km towards Lerapetra. The rubbish bins are at the church.

Very quiet; traffic on the road above cannot be heard at night. The place is only suitable for panel vans up to 7 m; there is no turning possibility for large motorhomes. You can only reverse back up to the road. There is a wall about 4 m high on the right, providing shelter and making it windless. Fine for a stopover or overnight stay.

Very nice, quiet place and easy to access. About five other people were there during the day. Plenty of space and level parking, as the ground consists of stone slabs. Clear water and a pebble beach, with a few rocks in the water, but you can easily get around them on the far right. The only drawback: no services, not even rubbish bins. Those are available up at the chapel, along with water.

4/8/22 very quiet day and night spent here. Hardly anyone about. Swimming In sea possible but quite Rocky no shops etc around. Easy access for 7.5m no one bothered us.
