This beachside parking area is close to toilets, showers, bins, restaurants, and a pleasant beach. It can be busy at weekends and during holidays, but is usually quiet at night. Loud music has occurred late at night, and litter has been found around the field. Staying for 5 nights has been possible.

I suppose we were unfortunate, around midnight either the adjoining house occupant or someone in a car with huge speakers, allowed us to share their taste in music....and bad taste it was.. The area was made a little tidier by my wife who picked up a bag full of litter from around the field... Moving off after a bike ride....just 5 vans last night...
Coming back here three years in a row. Nice place, toilets, showers at the beach access. Bins just outside on the side of the road. A number of restaurants within walking distance and nice beach. Of course busy at weekends or vacation time but quiet at night. Staying here for 5 nights.
It is a small field separated from the road. It has no municipal signs. Cars are usually seen here. Farther on there are spaces with municipal signs indicating free parking. The Arteixo parking area shown on Google is private; it belongs to the owners of the A Recova Costa Mar and A Recova Cervecería bars and prohibits motorhome parking. If they do not want us in their car park, we will not go to their bars.Translating
A very quiet place once the holidaymakers have left. There were three of us. Showers and toilets are available but closed in the evening. One drawback: the site is poorly respected by users, though not by motorhomes. What a shame.Translating
