This flat, asphalted daytime parking area beside the Loiola Basilica has marked spaces, shade, rubbish containers and nearby walking routes. The parking limit is 4h, and there are no camper or motorhome services. Recent reports describe traffic and workshop noise continuing until at least 11pm.

Comparatively heavy traffic passing both in front and behind. Background noise would be tolerable if half the parking area were not used as a loading area and repair workshop, with hammering, clattering, and vehicles until at least 11 p.m. :/
Paved and divided parking area beside the Sanctuary of Loyola. Pros: • Flat and paved. • Quiet surroundings. • Shaded areas. • Rubbish containers. • Starting point for several routes. Cons: • No facilities for campers or motorhomes.
It takes five minutes to walk to the basilica.
Beautiful parking area, although I do read contradictory comments. As soon as you drive here, you are told that this parking area is for daytime use only; then you read that staying overnight is no problem, and to top it all off, that you may not stay longer than four hours! So which is it? We continued driving after lunch.
