Mountain parking, rough access road

Very special place in the mountains. Long semi-paved access road. I stayed here for two nights; it was quiet and peaceful. Magnificent views. The public toilet was very dirty, so I did not use it. The toll for the access road is now 60 NOK each way. Renting a bicycle to go to Glitterheim costs 100 NOK one way. From there, we did an amazing hike.✦Translating

Great spot and an enjoyable road overall, just with lots of potholes. You can overlook that, as you are rewarded with a wonderful landscape. The toll cost us 60 NOK.✦Translating

Large parking area at the beginning of the road to Glitterheim. Nothing more than a car park, but the road there alone deserves five stars.✦Translating

Extraordinary view and very peaceful place. Indeed, there is no mobile network. A chemical toilet is also available. The cows came up to us too. We stayed one night because, in a motorhome, it took us more than two hours to get up here. We used the bicycles on site to go to the DNT.✦Translating

Wonderful view and an exciting, bumpy gravel road to the car park. Bins and a dirty pit toilet are available. Absolute peace and quiet, with no mobile reception. We liked it very much, but did not stay overnight. After the return journey, there is another 40-kroner charge, making 80 in total.✦Translating
