Large paved public parking area near the lift station, suitable for an overnight stop and close to the town centre. Recent information lists €3.50 per hour in summer and a €20 per-night rate. Daytime toilets and free chemical-toilet emptying are available, with winter disposal possible. The area can be noisy, although nights may be reasonably quiet.

The view is fine, but it is just a big paved lot shaded with all kinds of vehicles and in summer we were charged € 3.50 per hour; and there were no services. It was noisy.
Waste disposal is also possible in winter. Thank you for that.
I only parked here. It is relatively expensive, but offers a superb view of the Fichtelberg.

Reasonably quiet at night, conveniently located and okay for an overnight stay. At the end of August it was fairly empty.
Five stars because emptying the onboard toilet is free and includes flushing!!!! The toilets are free too. You can also refuel and wash here. We stayed overnight somewhere else.
20 Euro per night now. Not far to the lift, facility for toilet cleaning. Expensive but also central.
Very good place for the night and for exploring Oberwiesenthal. Toilets are open during the day and were clean during our stay. The only drawback is that, despite a mini petrol station and car wash bays, there is not a single rubbish bin on the entire site.
A large asphalt parking area with good satellite and mobile internet reception. The building with the ticket machine and toilets is locked for the night from the evening onward. There are no rubbish bins anywhere on the entire site. If you arrive at 5 p.m. and pay €7, you get a ticket valid until 9 a.m.
The place is okay; black-water disposal, including chemical toilet disposal, is also available. The large parking area 500 metres farther on is now only for cars, as are other parking areas in and around Oberwiesenthal.
Attention: €4.50 per hour between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., maximum €20 per day. Otherwise, everything is as described in the comments below.

Almost level asphalt motorhome spot. The location is ideal for conquering the Fichtelberg. There are free public toilets and a chemical-toilet disposal point at the parking area.
