2 Avenida José Pereira Troncoso, 36393, Baiona
Been here?
Large campsite beside Baiona beach and the estuary, with a pool, three slides, bar, restaurant, pizzeria and well-equipped facilities. Sanitary areas are very clean, with children’s bathroom facilities and landscaped pitches, but navigating larger motorhomes can be cramped. Recent reports describe crowded, noisy conditions and a high latest price of 63 euro for 2. The site is open from 8am to 11:30pm.

Large, noisy, crowdy and “industrial” camping, a bit narrow to navigate large autocaravans and cramped. Beach was “closed” for kayaking and swimming due to bacterias until July 20th, 2026. Price a bit too steep for poor experience: 63 euro for 2
A pleasant stay on a pitch beside the estuary and very close to the beach. Good pool next to the beach, with slides suitable for all ages. Good facilities. Very beautiful village with many options. Cycle paths throughout the village and practically from the campsite.
The price is a bit high compared with other camps but the facilities have everything. Hot water to wash the dishes. The showers and toilets are cleaned about every hour, there is no water on the floor. There is a place with a small toilet, shower, bathtub and sink for kids. The parking spots have a lot of shade and they are big. Beach is right there and the pool is very nice with 3 cool slides.
Campsite with everything going for it! On the beach, swimming pool with three slides, playground, bar and restaurant, pizzeria, plus all the services of a campsite and a magnificent sunset... €66 for a motorhome (two adults and two children) in mid-June. Very clean facilities, with one bathroom for small children including a bathtub, etc. Expensive for the region, but the campsite offers many extra services, so it's great!
June, small van — excellent campsite: clean, very well equipped, located on Baiona beach (1.5 km). The well-designed facilities are cleaned several times a day. Pool and landscaped pitches. €36 per night for two, including electricity (at all pitches). You can walk into town along the beach, about 2.5 km.
Too expensive! €42 for a motorhome and two people. Campsite supermarket closed, pool closed, restaurant closed. Everything only opens around mid-June.
Nice, natural campsite. Prices outrageous: €39 for a small tent for two people arriving by bicycle, and it was also the low season with everything except one sanitary block closed.
The site is beautiful, directly on the beach, with clean facilities and very close to the village, reached by a very pleasant promenade. We will definitely return in summer.
The site is okay and the sanitary facilities are very well maintained! We were here at the end of the season, and the friendliness at reception was somewhat lacking. From me, a thank-you for nothing!
Fantastic park, with all amenities and very well maintained; it lives up to the price paid.
Restaurant service very bad, you can ask and wait all day nobody came to you, swimming pool water dirty.
The good thing is the location, in a pine forest next to the beach and estuary. It is beautiful and has a pool and café. The bathrooms are immaculate, and the pitches are level with green hedges. The bad thing is that the beach water is very dirty, not just full of algae. The price is somewhat expensive; I suppose it will be crowded in August.
Large campsite. We took a SUPERIOR ocean-side pitch, the only one left for one night. Toilets and showers spotless, but the surroundings are noisy and crowded. Don't take the pitch next to the pizza cabin, otherwise... Small, well-stocked market. Restaurant prices reasonable. Paid €60 for a van, two people and electricity; it stings a little.
Well-maintained campsite with new sanitary facilities.
Beautiful, very well-maintained site with direct access to the sea; brand-new, very modern sanitary facilities, cleaned several times a day; toilet paper in every toilet; hot water at every tap; large pitches bordered by bushes; tall pine trees (watch out, resin drips); many lovely restaurants in Baiona, to the right of the campsite. Not everyone at reception speaks English. €36 for one person is too expensive.
The campsite is currently closed. Right next to it there is a great spot where several motorhomes were staying.
€41.40 per day for a motorhome, two adults and two dogs, with electricity, in the low season. Of the three bathroom blocks, only one is open. The restaurant only opens at lunchtime on weekdays. The supermarket is only open in the mornings. There are no activities anymore. The bathrooms are clean. Since they charge €3.50 per day for pets, they could provide something for them, such as a dog toilet or shower. Too expensive for what it offers.
Not great…quite overpriced: we paid €35 for 1 camper and 2 adults. Electricity is included even if you dont want it. Washing machjne is €6, dryer amother €4. Quite noisy until late, a lot of flies and they closed one of the toilet blocks. Beach is nice but covered jn weed. Receptionist friendly and nice sunset.
Good campsite, although it could be much better. Pitches have hedges and lots of privacy but were dirty from previous stays. All but one of the roads are unpaved, creating lots of dust that gets everywhere. The restaurant is very good but has a limited selection if you stay several days. Those of us with pets miss services such as being able to wash our dogs after the beach.
Campsite with dirty, undersized pitches, and a beach covered in so much algae that you don't feel like going in. If you want to spend the night, continuing toward Baiona, there are several promising car parks in front of the beach.
Small pitch, no privacy, very crowded. Motorhome, two people and one small dog: €57 per night. Not worth it.
We liked it very much. It's a shame we didn't know there were activities, although it was Sunday and we really enjoyed the open-air cinema. We would like to return another year. The facilities are a 10 out of 10. The village is within walking distance and very beautiful. The beach is accessed through a gate in the campsite; unfortunately it had millions of algae, but it was very good for children.
Excellent park. Although it is not cheap, the quality justifies the price. It's a shame the pool has no space for towels and chairs. The beach is good, but during the week I stayed there were lots of algae.
We went on a Saturday and, to our surprise, there are no activities inside the campsite on Saturdays. We wish we had known beforehand. The beach is full of algae. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean; they clean them continuously. The maintenance staff were very friendly. We needed a tool and they lent it to us without any problem.
It was quite a surprise to arrive and see that there is no room to lie down by the pool. Not because of the people, but because the pool takes up all the space and they left nowhere to lie down. Horrible. You pay too much for a simple pitch. WE WILL NOT RETURN.
Large pitches in a privileged setting, although it lacks greenery. Many services, a pool with a slide, children's entertainment, evening cinema, and kayak and bicycle rentals, but the latter need better maintenance.
Large, very clean and well-organized campsite, but a little noisy. The pitches are perfect for a motorhome. The price is high because we had to take a “Parcela Plus” pitch: electricity, three adults and one child = €79.50. The children really enjoyed the pool. I recommend it.
Beautiful campsite, pleasant welcome and very clean facilities. The price is a little high, but there isn't much choice in Baiona and it is worth it. We took a superior pitch at €38 per night, plus €9.20 per adult, for a total of €47.20 per night including electricity. Superb walks around Baiona fortress.
Very friendly staff. Modern sanitary facilities, direct beach access and a great pool. The pitches are spacious and separated from neighbors by hedges. €34 for two people with electricity is quite expensive, but it was worth it for us!
Beautiful, spacious pitches with lots of shade. Just don't park directly under the pine trees, because they drip resin. A small beginner's mistake. Very clean sanitary facilities and hot showers. The pool and shop are open now. The beach is really right next door, with breathtaking sunsets. Pay attention to access times: no entry or exit before 8 a.m. or after 11:30 p.m.
Very nice site, clean showers and toilets, but somewhat expensive because the supermarket, restaurant and pool are closed. In the currently cold weather, I would have appreciated a hot shower, but it was only lukewarm. We used the washing machine for €6, but the laundry was not clean; we used the dryer for €4, but the laundry was not dry, so we invested another €4 to finally dry it.
