The last comment is old. It is an upscale villa area, there are no prohibition signs, and many motorhomes with local license plates are parked here permanently. There is no reason why you could not discreetly and legally stay here for one night.
Unfortunately, no longer a reliable parking spot. Traffic police issues heavy parking fines (EUR 450) and there have been reports of burglars smashing windows.
This is a fine area if you simply want to park along the street in a nice neighborhood. Cellular 4G is 4 out of 4 bars.
