The person at reception was very pleasant. A very shady campsite beside a river, with the possibility of swimming, offering peace and tranquillity. Very clean facilities and a swimming pool with a snack area. A beautiful place.

Lovely campsite in the middle of nature, very quiet, well shaded and beside a river, though beware of mosquitoes. Friendly welcome, and the on-site food was quite decent. The facilities are clean, as is the pool, though it could use some refurbishment. Average budget: expect to pay €40 for a van with 2 adults and 2 children.

Perfect. If there were a sixth star, I would give it for this kind of place. The setting is wonderful and the campsite is very well maintained. It is a true camping paradise for those who love nature, peace and cleanliness.

Very good natural campsite beside a river, heavily shaded, with the sound of cicadas soothing us. We enjoyed the small heated pool. We discovered this place during a van stopover and returned to spend a week in a chalet. The welcome was perfect and the facilities immaculate. It is ideal for a stress-free rest. We will return.

Small, family-run well kept campground. Small restaurant, bar, swimming pool. Camping sites are large, shaded with access to passing river where you can take a dip! All facilities are spotless. Only thing missibg are proper toilet seats. Great to give business to these smaller businesses working hard to welcome travellers in this less visited corner of France :)

I can only confirm the comments. Around this time of year it is wonderfully peaceful, with only two pitches occupied. Nothing but peace and enjoyment! Very clean facilities.

Very friendly family welcome. The showers and facilities have been freshly, stylishly and practically renovated, with hooks, a ledge, etc. The pitches are excellent and shady. The access road is single-track with passing places. A place you will gladly return to.

We loved this campsite. It is charming, beside a river, with spacious pitches offering electricity and everything needed. New bathrooms and showers, even a washing machine. Swimming pool and children's play area. We will keep it as a benchmark. An ideal place to rest for a few days. The village of Soubès is a 10-minute walk away, where you can buy breakfast and bread.

It is a shame that the baked-goods service has been discontinued. Unfortunately, the toilets are missing seats, although everything is very clean. The pool could do with being cleaned again. There is a risk of slipping because the sloping floor is very slippery.

Quiet family campsite with clean facilities. But do not forget the departure time, otherwise they will come and remind you, but not with a smile.

Lovely site, but €8 for a dog is taking the piss. €7 for a child who can use the pool and other facilities. Why not just say no dogs?

Nothing more to add than the previous comments. Do not hesitate to go if you prefer more intimate campsites to the large ones at Lake Salagou.

€30 is really a lot. But if you are already there, you should make the most of the 24 hours: the nicest beach for swimming is found by following the path all the way to the end, past the sailing club, water rescue station and Energie AG after the main path. Marcello at Da Amelia makes the best pizza, and Boje has a great terrace for drinks. Sonnstein, Kalvarienberg and stand-up paddleboarding on the Traun are also worthwhile.
